Best nanny I’ve ever had

When I first met Alicia, I had a very good impression of her, and I knew my son would be going along with her so well.

She came down for the first few days just to interact with my son when he was 3.5y.o. for just 20 min and I could see their connection was already there.

We hired Alicia in September 2021, and it’s newly a year now, we are very happy to have her looking after our son, her communication is very open with him & with us parents.
I love the fact that she’s very confident in the childcare skills, friendly & reliable, taking time getting ready the child to go & play at the playground too, spending time teaching, they are doing a lots of creative stuff.

We always rely on pick ups from nursery, very organised person.

To be honest I couldn’t cope without Alicia…. She’s the best I can recommend…

Flexible and reliable childminder

My son has been cared for by Alicia since September 2019 when he was aged 7 months to 12 months, and I would like to recommend her to other parents seeking safe, stimulating and varied childcare.

My son settled in quickly and has enjoyed the going to local playgroups and Snowflake day care. She provided freshly cooked breakfast and healthy snacks for my son. In the home environment, they regularly did sing along sessions and reading. Alicia has a nice clean environment with a wide variety of toys available too so always stimulating for the children.

Alicia gives brief feedback about my son’s activities/behaviour/food eaten/nappy content etc on a daily basis and is always happy to provide more information upon request. She also shares his photos and video updates so we can see his learning and development activities.

We could always rely on Alicia for pick up and drop offs which was really convenient as a working parent. She is super-flexible about times/days for childcare if you need to change for one reason or another.

We moved away from London otherwise she would still be entrusted with caring for my son. I would definitely recommend her as a childminder.
