Claudia has been looking after our little girl two days a week and she is fantastic! She is caring and reliable, she is creative and patient with our little girl. She also teaches piano to the little one, who became enthused about piano playing in a matter of weeks. We are very happy with Claudia and we would totally recommend her!

We found ourselves in a last minute situation and Claudia was very understanding and flexible.
It was clear from her attitude that she wanted to help to make things as easy for us as possible.
When she met our daughter, Claudia worked hard to familiarise herself and adhered very well to the guidelines which we set out.
I would gladly have her help out next time.

Claudia watched my daughters, ages 6 and 8, on a Friday evening after a last minute request. Claudia was very kind and got on well with my daughters within minutes of walking through our door. She sent me an update after the girls fell asleep. 5 stars on communication!
I highly recommend Claudia as a babysitter.

Claudia is a truly wonderful nanny. Not only was she incredibly loving and caring towards my daughter, she was also extremely responsible and took her job very seriously. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Claudia has been teaching our five-year old son playing the piano in the past few weeks. I have sat in the classes with them. I can tell that Claudia is very experienced teaching children. She is very patient and ready to adjust her teaching in order to suit our son's need and shift of attention. She seems to understand children of our son's age. My son's making steady progress under her instructions. We're very pleased to have found her to teach our son and hope that our son's interest in playing the piano will be gradually fostered and he will be learning from her for as long as possilbe. Thank you, Claudia!

On the phone, Claudia was lovely and warm and sounded like the sort of person that would be able to entertain my son in hospital while I went in for consultations.
A few minutes to the time, she called to apologise for double booking. She said she would send a friend as a replacement. This person was alright, but probably not the sort that can get the reviews that Claudia has.

Dear Davesmom, I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. It was midnight when you booked me for the next day at 8am. I was really tired and by mistake I booked you over another babysitting. I took responsibility for my mistake and did not let you down. I woke up at 6 am and got you a fried to help you. The most important is that I helped you even though I had never done babysitting for you before. I try my best to help people and I absolutely love my jobs. 1 star is to low for the amount of work and stress this made me pass through to help you out. In the end I'm happy that everything went alright.
Claudia looked after our five year old son for several full days over the summer. She did a great job and our son really enjoyed his time with her. She did crafts with him, they baked, listened to music, went for walks and to the playground together. Claudia is professional, punctual, fun, polite, kind, and she genuinely loves small children. I strongly recommend her.

Claudia is a kind, responsible and proactive person. She helped us with the kids (6 and 10 yo) for about eight months. As working parents, it gave us peace of mind having Claudia picking them up at school, helping them with homework and entertaining them until we could be at home. We do recommend her services, as a nanny or baby-sitter.

Claudia has just started working for us with our two year old boy. He loves her already and she has been a great help to us. She takes the work very seriously and the first time she came she brought games and activities to engage him which I was very impressed by. She is kind and intelligent and has helped us out at short notice. I would definitely recommend her.
