The best of the best

I could not have asked for a better person to look after my little Lola. Jo is caring, kind, compassionate and has gone above and beyond for my daughter. Jo is as flexible as she can be when it comes to hours, days as well as drop off and pick up. My daughter adores Jo, and has learnt so much from her. Jo takes the children to playgroups, days out, and more! There is never a dull moment :-).
I honestly could not thank Jo enough for all the help she has given me as a parent, as well as to my daughter. I will forever be grateful! If you're lucky enough to come across Jo and she has a space, snatch it as quick as you can! :-)

AMAZING Childminder!!

Jo is the real deal! I firmly believe that children have a sixth sense and my 19 month old reached his arms out to be picked up by Jo from the very first day we met her and then every day after that he would walk into Jo’s house without so much as a backward glance at me! Jo took exceptional care of my 19 month old and 3 year old when we were between nurseries. I am a worrier by nature but I felt so at ease knowing they were with Jo. She uses this amazing app called Baby’s Days which gives you updates throughout the day on what they’re doing, eating, sleeping etc which really catered to my over anxious mum brain brilliantly. The fact that both boys slept there from day one just shows how happy and comfortable Jo made them feel. I honestly can’t recommend Jo enough. She is absolutely lovely, amazing at what she does and any child that gets to go to Jo’s house every day is very lucky indeed.

amazing experience

Jo was looking after my baby girl, she is 16 months..I never separated from my daughter, I always take care of her or her father, so trusting someone with whom to leave my baby was a challenge, she is the best, she gave me all the security I needed, my baby has fun and has a good time Very good, she arrives exhausted and that's great! haha. thanks JO! hopefully we will see u soon

Friendly and caring

Jo has looked after ava now for just over 2 years, I use Jo for school holidays. Ava always looks forward to going to Jo's, excited about what they will get up to! She's been on days out, dockyard, Eagle heights, local country parks and they visit the elderly residents in a residential home, which ava loves as she gets to help play bingo!
Jo has the most gorgeous dog, ava was unsure before but now is the best of friends with! Jo always makes ava feel welcome and has become more of a friend than a childminder! Would 100% recommend Jo xxx

Amazing childminder

My eldest has been with Jo since he was 9 months old and she has been a great help of every stage of his development. He has come on leaps and bounds and meet if not exceeding his mile stones due to her help. Jo is always willing to help and treats every child as if there were her own. We can not thank her enough for the help and support she has given us and we are looking forward to sending our second child to her as well. Jo has this way with everyone including the children to make you feel at ease and part of the family.

Amazing childminder

My son has been with Jo since he was 9 months old he is now 4. Jo has been absolutely fantastic throughout, Hugo has learnt so much from being with jo and he loves
going there. They are always out doing something weather that’s at play group or days out. Hugo has flourished and turned into a lovely, polite and clever little boy. Communication with parents is outstanding and you will not be able to find a better childminder then Jo, she is not only amazing with the children she becomes a friend and someone your children will love.

Fantastic childminder...

My youngest daughter started with Jo when she was 1 years old! I was nervous as I had never used a childminder before but had heard great things about Jo, I was re-assured from the beginning of my daughter's day to the end with regular updates of how well she has settled in and how happy she was and lots of photos and videos to follow I instantly felt at ease and Jo quickly became an important part of our family. My youngest daughter absolutely adores Jo and her family and my two eldest daughters also love to be in Jo's company when they are not at school. My husband and I are so happy that we found Jo to look after our daughter she has played an important part of her growing up and becoming the beautiful confident happy little girl she is today. Jo is always making sure the children are doing fun things and plans lots of fun activities for them I don't think they ever stay indoors even if it is raining!

Flexible and reassuring

Jo has been our childminder since my Son was a baby. He will be 8 this year and she has also cared for our 5 year old daughter. I remember feeling completely at ease the first time we met Jo and so was our baby. She has been supportive and flexible throughout our children's lives. She cared for the children throughout their pre-school years and has continued to support in an incredible flexible way during school holidays. I have asked her if we can keep her until they leave home! The children love her and her family. She has been and continues to be an extremely important part of their lives. Jo is diligent and has very high standards of care that she is very proud of. The children learned important life lessons from her such as crossing roads safely, holding hands and good manners. My husband and I agree that having Jo in our lives has made parenting easier. My daughter is very wary of dogs and we were pleased that Jo got a dog so our daughter would have a change to get used to being around them. Jo's dog is a delight and our daughter has no concerns about him and is much less worried about dogs that we meet in the park. Jo and her family has been a great addition to our lives.

Lovely, friendly childminder.

We had never used a childminder before but was instantly reassured as Jo provided a really lovely and friendly environment for my two children. My son is very nervous, but he settled with Jo immediately, and Jo provided regular updates on how they were progressing throughout the day. Both our children came home very happy and requesting when they could see Jo again. Thank you Jo, would highly recommend.

Babysitting

Thank you Jo for looking after my children on Saturday night. They enjoyed watching the film with you and said they would like you to babysit again. I cant recommend you highly enough and will definitely be phoning you again to babysit for us.
