Professional and Caring staff

All three of my children have attended Top Tots Nursery in the Mountbatten Centre.
My youngest attended from 4 months old. I was nervous and felt guilt because of his age, but they were accomodating with his routine and made me feel so comfortable with leaving him there for a few hours without judgement.
They truly care for the welfare of all the children and are so involved in their development.
They also helped with referrals for speech.
The nursery offered a lot of activities for all ages, using the centre's pool, the park close by and the garden.
My kids were so happy there.

AMAZING! Invaluable childcare.

Top Tots has made me going back to work after having both my children so easy! The staff are friendly, welcoming and truly love working with/teaching the children in their care. My boys love attending and so sad to see my eldest leave this September. Thank you Top Tots for giving my boys somewhere safe to learn and grow giving them the best start in there learning journey. Would highly recommend! 5 stars across the board!

Excellent

The staff is amazing with my children and ourselves. Always keen to improve and change for the best of the children. Relation quality/money is the best in Hampshire. My children love to go everyday, they have fun and they also learn so much. I am so pleased I found them.

Excellent Nursery

My two girls have been attending Top Tots full time and they love spending their time there. I couldn’t be happier with the care. All staff make sure that the parents have peace of mind leaving their children with them which is an import aspect for me as I want to be sure that my girls are in good hands. I can definitely recommend Top Tots :)

Excellent nursery

I have two children at this nursery full-time, my youngest started when she was 7 months. Top Tots have been so supportive and reassuring, when you have to leave your children to go to work you want to make sure they are well looked after and I can certainly see that they are! The kids absolutely love going in to nursery and have special bonds with their key workers. They love the setting and the outdoor space available. They also love that they get to go swimming! My children have flourished in this nursery and I am surprised each week with how much they are learning and how fast they are developing. The staff are all so friendly and they genuinely care about all the kids they look after. The care my children are receiving at this age will set them up for life and I’m so glad we chose this nursery.

Amazing with my son who had multiple allergies

I had been to many nurserys with my son had many food allergies and eczema this nursery was the only place that took his allergies very serious and educated themselves about his individual case and how to treat him if anything went wrong. I am a very fussy mummy and hand on heart the ladies here were like my son's extended family. He's now started school and we really miss them.
My son always had so much fun here and came home with lots of things he had made that day or week.
I am always recommending friends and family to use this nursery it really is lovely.

Excellent care provided

My two children currently attend Top Tots, both have been there full time since they were 6months old. They absolutely love their time there and have made lots of lovely friendships. I love that my children are happy and progressing well, working closely with their key workers and staff members at the setting. We don't have a garden at home and my children love the huge outside space available to the nursery, they tell me about lovely walks they go on, and I enjoy hearing about their days. All staff at the nursery are lovely and accomodating to their individual needs and interests, a well deserved Outstanding rating 😊😊

Highly Recommend

This is the nursery second branch and my two kids are currently attending here the eldest has been one of the first kids to go here since they opened in 2016, and i must say this was the best decision ever. This is my eldest last year here and my second is into her second year as well, the staff are lovely and communication is amazing as well any concerns i have have all been taken onboard and i am so much at ease when i drop my kids off because they absolutely love it there and the teachers as well. Facilities are amazing and they cater to all your needs
