Very reliable

I contacted Rachel with short notice for emergency babysitter and she was easy to communicate with.

She showed up exactly when she said she would, and was polite and professional. Despite having to deal with a sick toddler who she hadn't met before she managed to be friendly, easygoing and helpful and dealt with everything really well.
