cancelled a week in advance

Messaged 4 days before we were due to meet to say she could no longer fulfil my requirement. I wish I had read the previous review but I gave Claire the benefit of doubt.

The reason why I cancelled is that Kiran changed her requirements from needing a nanny, to needing a nursery, I was really upset by this as being a nanny I can't provide this service and therefore unable to meet the requirements.
Kiran has since changed her requirements to needing a nanny once again.

Last minute pull out

Really sad as we interviewed many nannies and then decided on 2 to meet as Claire knew, but she pulled out last minute saying she wanted to reduce her days despite not updating her profile for other families re her reduced days and just put her rates up the next day.

Yes, I decided to pull out, although this was 6 days before the proposed interview date, where no time or place had been set.
I decided to reduce my working hours, to nearer to 20 than 30, whilst still being available across 3 days if shorter days, therefore no change needed to availability.
My fee is based on experience and qualifications.
I also felt that the tone in messages had changed and was far less friendly, making me feel like the last choice.
