Our little girl has recently joined Lucy and Mark 4 days a week after our previous childcare fell through. They made the transition so easy for us and made our daughter feel at ease right away with no tears from the get go.
We feel extremely lucky to have found them both and know that N is safe and happy when we drop her off at bluebird every day, she often chats away about them both throughout the evenings and weekends

Lucy and mark are amazing and I’m so glad to have found them. Loving, caring and understanding. Their setting is like a home from home and my son loves being with them. They are exactly who you would want looking after your babie(s).

I can not express how amazing Lucy and Mark are at looking after my daughter. She's only been there a couple of weeks but definetly has taken to them unlike most people she meets. They've made me feel at ease with the whole experience and I would highly recommend them to anybody who is anxious. I am beyond thankful and can not wait to see my little girl grow with them !

Lucy and Mark have been looking after my son for almost a year. He started with them when he was around 18 months old and he absolutely adores them, their kids and the other children they look after. We couldn’t be more thankful to have had them as part of our team. Lucy and Mark are so invested in ensuring the children they look after have fun filled, educational days and they stay in touch with WhatsApp messages and photos regularly. Our little boy always comes home chatting away about the activities they have done, the adventures they have been on (lots of trips to the park and toddlers groups). We are moving away from the area, and are gutted to be leaving Lucy & Mark. If only we could take them with us- they’re that good! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lucy and Mark, they’re absolutely fabulous.

My son has been with Lucy and Mark for a year now, and I could not fault both of them! I have used other childminders with my daughter, and never been this happy the way I am happy with Lucy and Mark. they have both created a safe environment for my child and such a welcoming home! He runs to them, every morning and feels so comfortable around both of them! also, my daughter gets picked up from her school and she loves the atmosphere and always asks when she can go back to Lucy's!!!!! honestly, the best childcare provider my son could have!!!!!❤️❤️❤️

My son has been looked after by Lucy and Mark full time for coming up to a year and it’s so nice to know that whilst I’m at work that he is happy and comfortable. I receive photo updates throughout the day on what he’s up to or what he’s eating and also receive updates when he’s met certain milestones. He started off as one of the youngest in the group but that has benefited him immensely as he has been able to learn loads from the older children. I would highly recommend Blue Bird.

My daughter an I found bluebird last year and she has never been happier with our childcare. She always looks forward to going to Lucy and Marks and feels welcome and relaxed in their care. She loves socialising with the other children and babies and always has fun. I am a single parent and work full time with quite a few unsocial hours. and bluebird are always flexible and helpful. In the past my daughter would get upset with me working odd hours, but Lucy and Mark are so amazing that she doesn't mind anymore and I am less stressed going to work knowing she is not only safe and well cared for but is extremely happy too.
I would strongly recommend Bluebird to anyone looking for a childminder they are simply the best.

Lucy and Mark have been amazing with my children who both have additional needs. They have gone above what is required to provide support to me at times when my children’s needs have been difficult to manage. My 2 year old has progressed in leaps and bounds since being placed with them, socially and developmentally, starting unable to talk around 2 months ago to now coming out with a new word every time I pick him up. I receive regular updates and pictures and Lucy always takes him to groups which he loves. They have been extremely accommodating for my four year old with suspect ADHD and are working with me flexibly to suit his needs. I really couldn’t wish for better, they are the most lovely caring people with a beautiful toy filled house that always smells of good food (bit jealous I don’t get dinner). It really is a home from home and I would absolutely recommend them without a second thought. Thank you so much for everything you do!!

My two boys aged 8 and 6 have now been attending Lucy and Marks for several months and they absolutely love going! It's great that it's a family set up and my boys feel right at home, lots of activities, park trips and fun which keeps the boys active and entertained.
Added bonus of food provided and a journal of the day makes it all the more better.
Lucy and Mark are really lovely people and I immediately felt at ease leaving the boys with them, coudn't recommend enough, thanks for everything you do!
