I had a lovely experience with Alejandra

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing this recommendation letter on behalf of Alejandra Caretto who has worked for us as a nanny for a couple of months during this summer. She came to take care of our 8 month old baby, River, for a few hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays; on and off, as we were travelling around a lot.

Alejandra is a loving, caring and sweet nanny. While she was with us she was always extremely punctual, hard working and reliable. She did her best trying to adhere to our crazy schedule, since we were sometimes travelling last minute, and always tried her best to come by when I needed her on short notice.

I always admired how athletic and healthy she is, keeping a very clean and active lifestyle that allows her to stay fit in order to do the job.

She minded River, as I was usually around the house, she took him to the park, fed him, change him and helped me prepare his lunches. She came by one evening as a babysitter too, again last minute notice; fed him, put him to bed and stayed late until we came back.

Alejandra is the type of person I would not even have to think twice when thinking about giving the keys to our house to. She never minded taking on extra tasks while with us; like, washing River’s things, washing whatever was left in the sink, tidying toys...

The reason why we parted ways after summer was because, from my point of view, and being very honest; I think she would be better with slightly older children than with babies. I think she does not have the level of attention to detail or the sufficient experience, that is personally essential to me, when it comes to minding a baby.

Nevertheless, I wish her all the best in her journey and I am sure she will be great for another family that looks for someone truly trustworthy and with very good work ethics.

1st day trail

Got my 2.5 year old son almost hit by a car whilst crossing!! I have two boys and she was only paying attention to one. I have never had this of a terrible experience with anyone.
Gave me non substantial references from a year ago. Not a professional nanny. Perhaps suited for only babysitting.
