Johanna was simply fantastic. She had this knack for effortlessly stepping into our chaotic world and bringing a sense of calm and organization that was much needed. She not only looked after our two-year-old son with a level of professional competence that reassured us, but she also brought a level of energy that could match his, ensuring that playtime was always lively and interactive.
What set Johanna apart though, was her willingness to go beyond what was expected of her role. She didn’t restrict herself to just child care, she was always ready to lend a hand around the house whenever we needed it. Whether it was tidying up the toys scattered in the living room or helping with the dishes after dinner, her assistance went a long way in keeping our home in order.
Her presence in our home was truly a game-changer. She managed to strike the perfect balance between being a wonderful child care provider, a great playmate for our son, and a helpful hand around the house. We can't thank her enough for the positive influence she's had on our family and the peace of mind she's given us. With Johanna, we knew our son was in good, caring hands.

Johanna is wonderful with both our boys. From the start of our contact she has been professional and understanding. She is a very calming influence on our oldest child who is has ASD needs. We feel very confident in her ability to both have fun and take care of them. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

Johanna is a very kind person and an extremely patient nanny. She has quite some experience and is great at taking care of toddlers. Recommend her highly.

She contacted me asking if I needed her services to which I replied No. She then sent a sarcastic reply. I would steer clear from her. She also has no ofsted registration and DBS.

Dear Mrs Glyne, we exchanged a handful of messages and quickly discovered that both location and rate were unsuitable.
You then decided to compare my rate (the current market rate) to other professions to make me feel inadequate, and finished off with: "it's a firm NO".
Clearly we were getting nowhere, I replied that it was a firm no from myself too.
To that you reacted saying "you're not worth it darling", how belittling?! I tried to leave it there and move on without replying. However you then later threaten me with a bad review - for what?!
I strongly urge you to stop this behaviour rather than continue to belittle, intimidate and destroy reputations of hard working people with your keyboard.
Dear prospective employers, regarding this review, I never worked for this lady.
I would be happy to share screen shots of my communications with Mrs Glyne to give the full story if necessary.
Johanna is a very polite, hard working, organised and focused young lady. The kids loved playing with her and were motivated to complete their homework and their chores. I highly recommend her.

Johanna fitted in really well with our family on a short term live in nanny basis. She was great with our boys (2 and 1 years old) and was very respectful of our family home. Would recommend.

We were so looking forward to meeting Johanna for the first time as she sounded perfect on the phone in a previous interview for a full time nanny position.
The night before she was due to come for trial and meet the family she called me from the pub asking to delay the trial as she was at a party and would I pay for her travel. I agreed to pay for her travel but could not change the time again due to our children’s schedule (she already asked to change it once which I agreed to).
The following morning we were all ready to receive her and the children were excited to meet her and we didn’t hear a word from her until an hour after she was meant to arrive when she sent a text saying the family she was staying with had an emergency.
It was all quite strange and considering communication is vital when working with children I was very disappointed.

Johanna was brilliant with my three children. This is the first time we have used a babysitter outside of family members, but the kids really enjoyed their time with Johanna, and I was reassured that they were safe and well looked after. I would definitely recommend Johanna, and would happily employ her again.

Johanna is an amazing young lady, very caring, dedicated and committed to her job. You can leave your kids with her and know they’d be in safe hands. I highly recommend Johanna.

Johanna is a great babysitter and an awesome person. To be honest I am a kind of fussy and choosy mum, I was really anxious when I was looking for a nanny/ babysitter for my boy , but Johanna came as a great relief for me. She is absolutely amazing with kids, very punctual, really polite and humble. We are looking forward to having her in our lives for as long as possible. If someone is looking for recommendations, I strongly recommend her.

Johanna’s communication skills are mature & professional. I am new to the childcare app & was dubious at first. Johanna was courteous, respectful, polite & my little boy thoroughly enjoyed his time with her. He even asked her to play football, which Johanna gladly obliged. I have used Johanna’s babysitting services twice & am & have been very happy with her help.

Johanna has cared very well for my toddler daughter several times now. Playing toys with her, changing clothes, preparing milk bottle, reading stories before bedtime and encouraging sleep. She's a kind, attentive person who my daughter instantly bonded with as soon as she met her and Johanna intuitively reacted to her needs. I would recommend and will be using again
