Really disappointed

I contacted Catarina for a one evening job. She initially told me she was available for the day I needed, we arranged a meeting before the planned day and she never showed up.
Every one can have last minute problems and a simple message could have been enough.
She could also said “I don’t want the job” and I would have understood it.
I wrote her a few messages and she although she saw the messages, she never replied.
Not a professional behaviour.

After I reiterated this preference, you stopped responding on the platform and instead messaged me on a private app. While I saw your messages on that app, I responded to you exclusively on Childcare.co.uk to maintain professionalism and adherence to the platform’s guidelines. Unfortunately, it seems you did not see or check my replies there.

To address your concern, I did not fail to show up for a meeting but chose not to proceed after our communication shifted away from the platform. My decision was based on maintaining professional boundaries and compliance with Childcare.co.uk’s policies, which are in place to protect both families and childcare providers.

I hope this explanation helps clarify the misunderstanding. My priority is always to ensure professionalism, safety, and clear communication.
