Nilima is an excellent babysitter/nanny. She helped with my baby and toddler, who were comfortable with her early on. She was proactive and communicated well with me to understand my children's needs. She is careful with the kids and ensures hazards are kept away and they are safe. She is also good at nanny duties bottles, feeding kids, playing with them etc.
