Highly recommend!

Kavitha started with our family to help with our baby when she was only 8 months old.
She’s been a God sent, very caring, careful and gentle with my baby and very amusing with a good rapport with my 6 year old. She has become like family. I would highly recommend her if you are a cautious mother like me.

I met with Kavitha twice to meet and discuss childcare needs, and to meet the kids. All was set and needs were understood to accommodate my hospital working hours. When ready to begin our first session, Kavitha completely forgot our arrangement and accepted another job therefore making our arrangement moot as she was no longer available to assist me causing me to cancel work shifts and loose out on wages. Due to the long 12 hour shifts and differences between day, night and weekend shifts I agreed that I would send Kavitha a week-by-week schedule until I start my degree which would have then been a monthly which was understood at the time but forgotten. Kavitha failed to communicate for clarification before accepting new work and just assumed I no longer needed her even though I didn’t communicate this to her and has now left me in a difficult position as I thought my search for childcare was over.
Would not recommend if looking for reliable childcare.
