Another sad review

Very frustrating experience with Dara recently. We agreed to meet in advance and expected Dara as agreed, however I didn't hear back from her on the day; she didn't respond to my calls, and there was no prior warning given. I feel this was a sign of unprofessional behaviour, simple ignorance which was also unkind to us.

Last minute cancellation

We felt a bit let down. Only an hour prior to the agreed time we were told that due to COVID Dara couldn't make it. Hopefully next time the testing will be carried out slightly earlier, giving more time to the families to re-schedule.
