Our first time babysitting

Charl was very organised and put us at ease given that this was our first time using a babysitter.

we had a video call meeting beforehand and there was lots of communication in the run up to the day.

our son was very well looked after and he seemed very happy

Having never used a babysitting agency before, naturally I was definitely a little nervous and apprehensive. But I can honestly say the minute I met charlotte, she put me at ease with her warm, kind, friendly and welcoming nature. I am writing this review especially for parents like me who are nervous and confused about picking the perfect person to look after their children, honestly look no further! You will not be disappointed. When my girls met Charlotte at Starbucks that afternoon they took to her Straight away which was lovely to see! Especially because my little one is quite a handful , she can be really clingy and In general is a difficult child but Charlotte handled everything so well! In addition to Charlotte being great with the kids, she is a kind, patient, reliable, prompt, trustworthy and kind young lady. Charlotte was attentive and consistent at all times and I could see she was truly bonding with the kids. I am still so surprised how she managed to get my baby girl comfortable and happy with her because she used to be a very unsettled baby and would never let me put her down! The most important thing that I found was that I saw Charlotte was enjoying her job, she was enjoying the time with the children which was so nice to see. Parents reading this , coming from an over protective mother, this is the person you want for your children. A decision like picking a sitter for your children is probably one of the most important ones of your life and that is why I wanted to write this honest review so more parents like me can be 100% content and happy. Charlotte if you read this, I want to say a heartfelt thank you to you my darling. You have truly helped me and made me feel content leaving my children with you. You helped a very stressed mother so you should feel proud of yourself. Charlotte, thank you very very much for everything. I wish to work with you again In the near future.

Amazing!!

I was really apprehensive because I'd never left my little one before. she's only 15 months old and she's really wary of strangers. I needn't have worried one bit. I felt at ease as soon as I met her. my little one took to charls straight away too. even sent me little photo updates and even got her off to sleep! something nobody else has ever done but me! 100% recommend! 🥰 Thank you!! xxx
