She is lovely and understanding. The kids love her they don't want to leave. She feels like family, is not just about providing a service but also building a rapport with the kids and their parents. She is reliable, bubbly, flexible and enthusiastic. Totally recommend!!

I say Christel is the Best Child Minder in my experience because she is very warm and extremely child led/child centred. Her home is welcoming, is safe and has lots of toys and books for the kids and also out door activities. My son is always looking forward to go to Mrs Simmons and has built a lovely relationship with Mrs Simmons daughter as well. Mrs Simmons has been amazing and we feel extremely fortunate to have her as our son’s Child Minder. I could go on and on… but so far, Christel has been extremely reliable, has been flexible when we need it and she keeps open lines of communication which is really important. So, I HIGHLY Recommend Mrs Simmons!!

My son attends Christelle’s childcare setting two days a week. He absolutely loves it! Christelle is a talented childminder with loads of resources and also takes the children out often. She is very warm which has meant that the transition to her care has been very smooth and reassuring for me as a mother. I highly recommend Christelle’s childcare services. (I’ve given 5 stars for food - my son brings his own packed lunch but drinks and fruit snacks are always available.)
