Really happy with the care provided

Kay and Dan have been looking after my daughter since last November, when she was 9 months old. I am very happy with the care provided. She settles in well to the setting. Dan in particular has a very natural way with young kids and they all seem to take to him quite quickly, so this really helps with the settling in process. Both Kay and Dan are professional, communication is excellent and you always know what is going on. It is very much a home from home environment and my little girl has made a little best mate in Kay an Dan's little girl. They often go on little outings to Aquarium etc. but apart from this they also have quite a nice pattern of daily routine so it works well with the little ones. Above all else and very importantly, I have always felt that my daughter is safe in their care, they are dependable and have all their first aid etc. so the kids are in good hands. Highly recommend esp. for younger children who are going to their first childcare setting.

Excellent quality care

Our little boy Elias has been cared for by Kay and Dan for nearly 2 years now since he was 1 year old. I was very apprehensive at first about leaving him with people I didn't know but Kay and Dan have been brilliant and we are so happy with their good quality care. It took Elias a while to settle as he was only going 1 day a wk but I am so glad we kept him with Kay and Dan as once settled, he has been happy there ever since. I have always felt that Elias benefits from their conscientious and engaged approach and I believe his confidence, sociability and vocabulary has really increased under their care. We have always found Kay and Dan to be professional, completely trustworthy and very committed and I would happily recommend them (and often have!)It will be a real wrench for Elias to leave to go to nursery, but I definitely feel he will be well prepared for it in terms of the care received.

Kay & Dan

Delighted

Kay has looked after our son, William, for some time and we have been delighted with her: she's caring, reliable and very good with him.

William has flourished in her care. Over the weeks he has enjoyed a combination of hand painting, free painting, playing with gloop and other educational activities. Although there is no space to play outdoors at Kay's she has taken him to play groups, and given him healthy home cooked food every day, which William has enjoyed very much.

Kay is also very knowledgeable about childhood illnesses and has helped us when William has been ill. She is a great record keeper and has consistently kept detailed records of williams daily events and progress.

Kay has been on our side every step of the way with William. She has listened and respected our wishes in terms of sleep and feed times and has given us invaluable advice on changing routines.

I wouldn't rate Kay as Good but Excellent.

I'm happy with the service Kay provides. She and her family are very kind and accommodating. Our little girl settled quite quickly with Kay. I would recommend her with no reservations.
