Our third parent

My little girl started in a part time position in April 2014 with Jacquie. I was really worried about going back to work and had been to see so many childminders and nurseries. I just didn't feel right about any of the ones I saw.
Me and my daughter warmed to Jacquie straight away.
I think I had picked her on the very first meeting.
When I went full time in September so did our daughter.
Her home is a child's paradise, full of wonderful toys and things for the kids to do. They have lots of space to play in and there's even a Wendy house in the garden when the weather is nice.
She has an assistant who works with her who is also fantastic!
She really supports us and me as the mum in particular, we always get a proper check in with updates about our daughter and news letters to let us know about her holidays, any changes etc. which is fabulous.
The children have outings most days to play groups, singing groups, the park, the local city farm etc.
All in all I have found Jacquie to be fantastic, like our third parent. Her no nonsense approach which puts the child first is exactly what we want for our child and she blooming in Jacquie's care.
I can't recommend her highly enough.

Good childminder

When we first were looking for childcare for our son meeting Jacqui was a perfect match for us as a family. We liked that she chose to go into childminding as a way of combining work and family life. To us that indicated she had a good attitude to childcare.

Jacqui is a very personable child carer and seeing how not only our son but subsequent children have been very attached to her shows how good she is at her job. I always felt she were able to deal with anything coming her way and more importantly she would work closely with us on any challenges which raising a child inevitably brings. Her communication is excellent and I particularly like how she would send regular text messages with pictures which makes you feel you are part of your child's day.

Our son is now in school but we still feel we are part of Jacqui and her family. I can strongly recommend Jacqui as a childminder.
