Excellent!

My son was in private nursery that closed down for financial reasons n my heart broke that I had to go through the worry of finding the perfect person to look after him during the holidays and after school. This decision was made harder as he was 4 and had just started school ( brand new environment) . As many others have said Jani was brought to my attention in the playground, everyone shouting her name, jumping on her, hugging her and Jani herself running round the playground after children with so much energy. My sons dad and I are separated but are both equally involved with anything to do with our son. We went to visit Jani at home and the moment we walked in we could sense from the other children and the atmosphere what a fun and happy, loving environment it is. My son went for a trial and didn't want to come home, he was so excited for the holidays and still gets excited now. I have picked my son up before and Jani has been as much covered in mud as the kids from their adventures hunting for bugs and enjoying the outdoors. What more could you ask for? An amazing lady.

As a parent you always want the best for your kids and im no different, trusting a 'stranger' to look after your child is one of the scariest things to do but after asking round my sons school there was only one name on everyone's lips. Jani! After only speaking for a few minutes i quickly understood why everyone raved about her.
after my sons first time with her i felt a little sad as my son didn't want me but wanted to stay and play with Jani and the other kids lol (this still hasn't changed every time)
well worth every penny and id happily pay more,

Fantastic Childminder

I have known Jani for a good few years now, as she lives on the same road as me and over the years we have become good friends. When I needed a childminder for my then 2yr old, there was no one else I would consider and it was such a relief that she had a space.
During his time with Jani I watched Ethan blossom from a shy quiet boy (in company) to happy and outgoing one around other children. His speech also came on in leaps and bounds and he loved his time with her so much that every afternoon he would come home exhausted!
I also knew that when Ethan was with Jani, her would also get lots of loves and cuddles and that if he was upset or hurt she would comfort him. She also kept me up to date with texts and picture messages throughout the day so I didn't feel I was missing out too much. She also asked me lots of questions about my parenting so Ethan would have consistency with eating, toileting, rewards and discipline.
Both my children adore Jani (and her own children) and when she walks into the playground at school all the children know her and shout her name.
I have also watched Jani, over the years, further her own personal development with training courses and by working with other childcare professionals to exchange good practice.
Working, myself, in a SureStart Children's Centre, I do know that Jani has a good reputation professional and many Childcare professionals I have spoken to about her have always said, 'Jani - she's an excellent childminder'!
I always recommend Jani whenever asks me about childminders and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone when asks. 10 out of 10.

Outstanding!!

HI, I'm a fulltime: teaching Assistant/ Nursery Nurse ! and I met this wonderful lady within my job scenario, I noticed how wonderful, caring, reassuring and dedicated she was!!! to the children she cared for! x I trusted her all the way and Lottie was delighted to get a place ! If I'd I met this lady years ago I would of followed my carer earlier! x I know how hard it is to pass your children on to the hand's of another x no one better than mum I say, but if I'd of met this wonderful, caring, fun lovely woman 10 years ago, I would of followed my carer earlier! She's such a caring friendly person!! and I spent so many years out of employment x and found an amazing lady x one to trust, one that follows the whole structure of education, safeguarding, motherhood, care, education and manners! bless her! x forget the rest ! As an employee of Nott's County Council, I know what is expected in childcare and this wonderful lady ! Is the one for me!! One wonderful person! I'm in education, a mother of 3 and I know the elements and standards of great practice, I don't think personally you could find a better child minder with in the area ! x She's been an asset to me! If I was looking for a child-minder I'd find it hard, but remember ! I'm a teaching assistant from NCC and this lady makes my job possible! I I'm also in a childcare environment and she's tops the rest ! hope that helps in your childcare ! I'd pick her above the rest!!!

Highly recommended

Having seen Jani in action, I knew I needed her to look after my children! She has both a professional and maternal nature towards the kids; providing them with a variety of activities and experiences and a fair share of cuddles. I like that she uses rewards to acknowledge the Gold Star days and the kids still appreciate this after several years but that she has also shown an understanding of my parental views and treats the kids as I would...ie. making the right choices about manners, food choices and how to play with others. I feel that when I am not there, Jani is the best I could ask for...so much so that they even get a day in the holidays with her 'just for fun'. Jani keeps us organised and as I cannot do the school run, is able to keep me informed of what is happening for the kids at school...priceless! Thanks, Jani!

Excellent!

I didnt have to ask for references for Jani or ask around. I just had the opportunity to watch her interact with chilldren well before I didnt need a childminder. My parents live near Farmilo school and I would watch Jani walk past on the school run.
You can hear Jani coming before you see her! you can hear the children singing first then you will see Jani coming around the corner, normally shes singing her head off too or doing a silly dance and walk with it.
You just have to watch Jani and see children of all ages shouting her name and waving or go running up to her for a hug to know she was born to be a childminder.
I wouldnt hesitate to give Jani a good reference. My 3 yr old son loves going to her on a Friday. Not only does she make education and learning fun she is always very professional, reliable and flexible.
