Padmaa created the perfect environment for our son. She provided exactly the kind of introduction to child care that we wanted for him. A caring home environment where he felt safe. He quickly felt at home with her and we knew he was being well looked after. Thank you for everything Padmaa!

Padma is best in whole of Orpington
I always had peace of mind and zero worries.She is a core professional, highly meticulous and very caring.She has a nice and spacious home for kids
Padma is solid gold and it is an absolute blessing to have met her.Absolute first class service. 🙂👌.She was amazingly accommodating to changing needs.She is amazingly patient, provides nutritious meals and educational play

She is so LOVING, CARING,TRUSTWORTHY, CONSIDERATE and most of all SHE LOVES HER JOB and not just in it for the money, i have never met anyone most suited for their JOB ROLE like her. its hard to meet GENUINE people who really LOVE your KIDS as yourself ( the parent).
Please, please and please do not hesitate to engage her services. You will be more than glad you did.

My daughter has been with Padmaa for nearly a year now and I have never once regretted registering with her. It was out of desperation and great need I went on a childminding hunt and came across Padmaa on the website. I only had to read a few reviews and I trusted what I read, thank God I did.
Turned out Padmaa was a blessing in disguise.
Firstly, she has a warm and cheerful attitude that I know is a great deal when nurturing children. My daughter is always happy to be around her and I can always count on Padmaa for updates throughout the day as a working mum which gives peace of mind and contentment. Rest assured I know my daughter is safe and her daily needs are met. She is a picky eater, one of my major areas of concerns, but Padmaa tries her with varieties of food. The environment is safe and outdoor play is encouraged which is 1 of my lo fav thing to do.
Padmaa has been so understanding and helpful. My husband and I both work hectic jobs and it's really a blessing to have Padmaa in our life.
Hats off to a wonderful childminder ...thank you Padmaa for doing such a wonderful job with our daughter.

My daughter is with Padmaa since she was 1 year and 5 months and has been a year now. I cannot thank Padmaa enough for the motherly love, food, discipline, safe environment, and excellent care she is providing to my child since day one. First couple of weeks of settling period was a roller coaster ride for my lo. But she settled down quickly than expected (again a HUGE THANKS to Padmaa for her consistent & sincere efforts). My little one feels it's her second home and had never told me even once, that she is unwilling to go to Padmaa. That's a great relaxation for working parents like me. Padmaa communicates with us clearly about our child's milestones, behaviour patterns and discusses about combined efforts to nourish the child even better. She follows our instructions clearly about food options for the child and what we as parents wish to do when the child is sick and suggests' her opinions for a combined care. This helps us to be at peace all the time once we hand over the child in her safe hands. What's more can I ask for? Extremely happy and thankful for her service and I would highly recommend her service.

Padma is an amazing child minder. My went almost a year and adored her. She is amazing and adores children which I liked. I was very comfortable to hand over my 1year old son who settled with her in no time. She is good with kids. Also helped me when he was sick. She goes out of her way to make you and your child at home.

Padma has truly been the best caregiver I've found for my child. With her, he feels like he's at another home. She's incredibly sweet and adores children. The daily updates she provides about my kid are invaluable. Over the past 2 years, my son has thrived under her care, and I can confidently say she is the best. Her delicious meals are a hit with my kid, and she plans everything meticulously, from holidays to everything. She has lovely garden and play area which any child would love. My son loves her and her family so much and everyday he goes there with a very happy face.

I was so lucky to have found Padmaa she welcomed my energetic boy with open arms. I enjoyed ever experience with jamie in her care. She made him feel like he was her favourite one.

Padma is very cary and amazing person.
she loved the kids and she knows very well how to take care about the m in all the ways.
I never could changer her but sadly we moved away from the area 😔💔 this is the only reason 😔
I'm very sad to don't send my son to her.
my son has become very independent and have learned very much there .
we will miss you Padma 😔

My 3.5 year old son has been going to Padmaa's place for a while now and he's never been so happy and comfortable. He used to attend a local nursery but was always a loner and seemed lost in the huge nursery environment. I moved him to Padmma's care so that he could get better care and more personal attention and it was the best decision. She looks after him and his needs so well. She takes into account his personal choices in relation to food, encourages him to try new things and also encourages him to interact with other children; toilet training etc. Other than child's needs, she also focuses on child's development and supports them. She has a lovely house and a good size garden where children can play. She will also give a proper debrief at the end of the day giving you all relevant information on how your child's day was at her place. If you are looking for a childminder who genuinely cares for your child's well being, then she is the right person. I highly recommend her.

Padma is reliable and friendly childminder. My son was looked after for 3 years and he always like to go to Padma.
She is flexible and very helpful. My son loves to go everyday and does lots of crafts , learnt nursery rhymes...

Padmaa is amazing and has been a blessing in disguse for me and my little one. My daughter has been looked after by Padmaa since Dec 2017 full time and provided the best childcare I could ever wish for. She is very friendly, flexible and welcoming. My daughter has made her an Aunt and keeps saying she wants to go to Aunty's house even during holidays :)

My daughter has been with Padmaa since April 2017.Padmaa is a responsible, caring and lovely person and I always felt comfortable leaving my daughter with her. Padmaa also provides school pickup for my daughter which really comes as a great help. She has a clean, spacious home with a beautiful garden and its very child friendly & safe. She ensures the children follow a routine and always tries to give them home cooked/ healthy food. She let the children spend time outdoor and takes them out to park during summer times. She also provides a detailed feedback during pickup time.
I would definitely recommend her if, you are looking for a caring and happy place for your child.

Padma has an amazing ability with children which is really what you need in childcare. I would say that Padma's best feature is her flexibility and understanding if you do happen to be a little late or need to make some last minute changes. Padma always accommodates when she can and always gives so much to our daughter when she is in her care. We have nothing but thanks for her over the time she has taken care of our daughter.

Padma is looking after my son and daughter for the last 2 years. She is so friendly and reliable. She picks them up from school and also provides healthy food and takes care of them very well. Even though my son is fussy eater she provides him whatever he likes and that gives me a great peace of mind. She gives kids play time and reading time as well. She takes kids to Danson Park during summer. I could ask her any help and she also understands if we are late for pickup due to any unavoidable issues. I really recommend her for baby sitting and after school setup.

My daughter is 18 months old and has been looked after by Padmaa 2 days a week since she was 11 months old. After an initial settling in period she now loves being at her house and gets excited seeing Padmaa's front door. Padmaa and her family are loving towards my daughter. Padmaa provides her with healthy snacks in addition to the food I provide her.

Padma comes highly recommended by me as a very dedicated childminder who is very dependable, caring and trustworthy. During the 7mths+ period she cared for my 4yo daughter every weekday (6hrs min/day approx), I had complete peace of mind. She also helped me with nursery school pickups and cared for her till I came to collect her after work. My daughter settled in with her immediately, became good friends with her children and was always looking forward to visiting her each day, which was a very good sign. Under her tutelage, my daughter's writing showed great improvement. I must say on her last day (as she was soon to start big sch), we all got quite teary and sad... but very happy we do get to meet up on the ocasional play dates we arrange for the kids :)
Unlike the last childminder I tried out, I have found Padma to be very patient, caring, reasonable, dependable, understanding, thoughtful and totally easy to relate with. If these are qualities you are looking for in a childminder, then pls look no further!!!

My daughter was 11 months old when I decided to moved her from an outstanding nursery to a childminder, just because I felt she would benefit for "more undivided attention". I visited many childminders but none of them passed the love, care and security that Padmaa did when we first met. Since then, Jan 2017, Padmaa has been looking after my daughter 5 days per week, at last 8h per day, and I am in complete peace of mind. My daughter has flourished and is super happy at Padmaa's house and loves the company her 2 beautiful daughters. Her home is spotless, plenty of toys and books, with a beautiful garden. My daughter couldn't be in better hands. Thanks SO much Padmaa, we love you.

I have only good things to say about Padma, she is a loving and caring person with 2 adorable children. My son was in her care for around 8 months and I couldn't had found a better place for him where I was sure that he was safe, well looked after and in the same time he was having fun with the other children bounding friendships. I am absolutely recommending her, she is a very reliable and responsible person.

Padmaa is looking after both of my boys and each time I collect them they are always in such a happy mood. She takes them to the library and keeps them busy with activities. She has been helping and advising my youngest with his language and my eldest is actually disappointed when I got to pick him up instead of her. This is the first time that I'm using a child minder for a prolonged period of time and feel very grateful that Padmaa is looking after my boys.

I have to say that Padma is a fantastic childminder and the care and support i have recieved from her over the last few months as been truely amazing,my son is always happy to go at her place.
The care my child has recieved is second to none, my child is always happy when with Padma. she is a true professional and totally cares about the children she looks after.

Padmaa has proved to be an excellent carer for my daughter. I have tried her on a few occasions and have always felt satisfied. I have a strong feeling she looks after the children with extreme care and dedication.
My daughter has always come back happy whenever she went to her and in future if I have to send my daughter again to her I will not think twice.

I recently started using Padma's services. Padma has been a blessing to me and my 3 children. Padmaa is very, very flexible and most importantly, my children are happy and look forwards to the time they spent with her. I have confidence in Padma's ability and experience to look after my sons and I would definitely recommend Padmaa to any family looking for a child-minder . I am glad I found her and I will continue using Padma;s childminding service in the future.

Our son Purusoth started visiting Padmaa recently .I leaves my son first time with Padmaa. I never leave him before with any one, so initially l was worried littlebit.But my son is very happy and smiles as soon as I reach to her doors. Padmaa's house is well equipped with all safety measures and has got very homely feel to it. I have very good confidence that she is providing a high standard of care for my son. Padmaa is very dedicated about her job, and very flexible in terms of hours and rates.
She has a lovely 4 year old girl of her own who is very welcoming when they see my son. Padmaa takes the kids to the Heston Park and library for story and puzzle time very often and tries to engage the kids in a number of other activities as well. And I feel Padmaa provides a calm and comfortable, friendly and safe setting for my son.
.I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family who are looking for flexibility with a very safe and homely atmosphere.
