Jaime cares my two children 3 days a week. My daughter who is 8 and my son who is 3 she has been childminding them for over a year now. She has been able to guide me through my children's behaviour coming up with routines and solutions to help us all which have all worked. Both of my children have come on leaps and bounds just simple things like my sons speech. They are always busy throughout the day either out and about or busy doing lots of crafts and learning. She is very hands on and my children love going to her house. As a parent I think it's very difficult when we first look for a childminder as someone else is looking after your children however I can 100% say I trust this lady. My children are comfortable and happy. If I'm not at work and doing the school runs and I see jaime and the other children she looks after the children will come and run up to my son like he's famous and this just shows what a great relationship they all have. I work difficult hours and jaime has always been flexible always tried to help me if I've ever needed to do anything extra like training as a single parent I appreciate this so much.
Overall I am so happy that I chose jaime to childmind my children she is a role model and they look up to her so much!

Jaime has been my childminder for over 6 years now. She has had all 3 of my children and has has my youngest son who is nearly 4 since he was 6 weeks old. My children have and do love their time with Jaime, it really is a home from home…. You know that when you arrive and they don’t want to leave with you ha ha! I have watched my children thrive in her care in every way possible. Jaime is loving, firm and fair and doesn’t just support the children but also the parents. I class Jaime as a very good friend now and not just my childminder… it breaks my heart to think I won’t have anymore children in her care full time from next September, however I know she will always be a massive part of their, even after they’ve flown the Little Otters nest 🥰

Jaime is an outstanding childminder. Not only does she offer reliable and easy childcare, she is also well educated/ experienced around children with additional needs such as autism and ADHD. She has proved supportive in helping myself as a parent find diagnoses for my son with autism and has worked effectively with my child and local authorities/ to support his learning and development needs. Her services are flexible when needed and has gone beyond everything I would expect from a childcare provider. Above all, the children she cares for are happy, clean, and enjoy their time spent with Jaime.

My little boy was 10 months old when he started at Jaimes. I am first time mum, and was extremely stressed out, worried, the thought of leaving him I was upset and had very bad separation anxiety. I had to go back to work and I came across Jaime. Any negative feelings went. My son loved her from day one ! I told her how I felt, she was so understanding. I got hourly photos and updates every time he was there. His now nearly 2 and I literally open the door and his gone, I have no worries whatsoever so ever ! She is remarkable, amazing, outstanding women. She has been my rock ! I have called her late at night about my boy, worried and scared. She wasn't even bothered how late it was, and I am so lucky to of found her. Your little ones are safe with her! And will develop in leap and bounds 💗

Well what can I say about otters day care, i really struggled to find a carer/childminder for my little girl, especially those that can work around my awkward hours.
When I found Jamie it was by word of mouth, and I’m so glad I found her, she helped us so much as we were stressing about what to do.
The best thing is that she lives really close by 😌
It has got to be the most child friendly environment I’ve seen and I visited 4 childminders which could/would not accommodate my hours, I had to work around them (WHATS THAT ABOUT) in a nutshell, otters daycare met all of my standards, work and finances, your the best Jamie x

I have to firstly start with how, trustworthy, kind, caring and compassionate Jamie is, when you speak to her she's really in a down to earth real personality. When you decided to leave your little bundle of joy with someone it's alittle scary but, Jamie's creates a very safe environment, creative education play and teaches life skills for your little one. When I drop off my daughter, Jamie is very welcoming and you know your child's needs will be for filled. She takes her to the park and local groups, the care and attention she gives is second to none. In the short time my daughter has attended Jamie's she has flourished more since she's been there, also, she keeps me informed during her stay and tells me a recap on their day when picking my daughter.
I highly recommend Jamie, I trust her with the most precious thing in my life.
