Lyn has been a godsend! She started looking after our daughter soon after birth, when I needed a hand and a bit of a break. Our little one is now two and they have the most wonderful relationship! Lyn is very reliable, a great problem solver, and her positive outlook paired with years of experience leaves you feeling able to completely trust her skills/judgment, knowing that whatever she does is always in your child’s best interest. Also, when it comes to establishing routines or dealing with any behavioural challenges Lyn can work miracles with her consistent, calm but playful approach. I can wholeheartedly recommend Lyn, we are gutted that she is moving and we’ll miss her dearly!

Lyn has been with our family for close to two years now. She started off looking after my son for a few hours a day from when he was about 3 weeks old. It was wonderful having someone I trusted to relieve me so I could get some rest!
As Lyn was so brilliant, she also started looking after my 3 year old daughter. Both my kids absolutely adore Lyn. They get so excited when I tell them she is coming, and wait for her eagerly by the door, showering her with lots of hugs and kisses.
Lyn is dedicated, responsible and communicates well with the parent to make sure we are on the same page. She has a gentle (and magnificent!) way of maintaining order and discipline with the kids - teaching them responsibility for their behaviour and their belongings.
I trust her with the kids so much that I left her (and her nanny friend) with the kids while I went overseas for a month. Having a familiar, nurturing figure in Lyn helped to make the seperation so much easier for the kids.
I could not ask for a better nanny than Lyn, no reservations whatsoever!

Lyn came into our lives when we were looking for a short term nanny to look after our shy 3 year old son whilst he was waiting to go to nursery. In total she had him for 8 weeks, and what a difference those 8 weeks have made. Our son (who hated his last nursery hence we had to take him out) suddenly had a new lease of life. He used to love seeing Lyn. Every day was different for him and he came home in the evenings tired, but full of excitment about his day.
We could not have asked for a better nanny. Our only regret was that we did not find her earlier.
She focussed on activities that our son would like, and seemed very confident in dealing with a very shy boy. She was very gentle and encouraging and really brought him out of his shell. We met some of the other children she looked after- all of whom do not have a bad thing to say about Lyn.
I cannot recommend Lyn highly enough and happy to speak to anyone if you needed more information.

Lyn has been looking after our children as an 'afterschool Nanny' for coming up to a year for our 3 year old and 7 year old.
Lyn joined us when we were let down by another Nanny, and she was able to quickly work around our diary and help us out. The kids took to her immediately and has the right balance of being in charge, but being approachable and fun to be with. Particularly important as she is often travelling with a number of kids as she does pick ups and drop offs. I would also say that Lyn has been incredibly reliable throughout the whole year, and been very patient with our busy lives,
Lyn will continue to be a part of our children's care, but I know she is looking for more work to fill in some gaps in her schedule. If you are in our area and I would urge you to get in touch with Lyn and have a chat.

Lyn has been working with us for the last 5.5 years and has looked after both my children from the age of 6 months to date.
Lyn is extremely reliable, punctual, a pleasure to work with, flexible and is always willing to help out extra if needed.
Lyn is extremely trustworthy and brings a wealth of experience with her, she has been a tremendous help in offering advice on eating and potty training.
Lyn is disciplined but fair and also a lot of fun, she plans great days out for my children.
Lyn is very hardworking, calm and has a great sense of humour. I know when I am at work that my children are in the safest hands and also are very happy.
My children love Lyn and always have a great time in her care as each day is so varied. We will continue to work with Lyn as long as she can as we would all be lost without her.

Lyn has been working for my family on and off for around 5 years now. She is extremely reliable, punctual and flexible. In the 5 years we've used her she has never let us down. As a parent herself she understand the stresses, strains and juggling that modern day parenting incorporates and she does her best to accommodate the childcare requirements for the various families she works with.
Lyn is great with the kids, she is firm but fair. The kids love her as she's lots of fun, she always has some outing, playgroup or activity planned for the kids to do. Over the years many of my friends have spotted Lyn out and about with mine or other kids and commented to me what a good nanny she is.
On a personal level she is down to earth, approachable and a pleasure to have around (as long as you're happy to listen to her singing, because if Lyn loves to sing).
My children are now all starting school but we will continue to use Lyn as when we can as our kids would be heartbroken to think she won't be around anymore.
Without a doubt I would recommend Lyn to any parents looking for someone to care for their child.
