About Us
Kingswood School is a co-educational boarding and day school for children aged 3-18 based in the historical and architecturally stunning city of Bath. Results at Kingswood are excellent and academically the school has really excelled with 93% this year going onto top universities. However pupils at Kingswood are encouraged to be good all rounders and in terms of sport the school is in the same league as some of the top schools in the country for all the curriculum sports. The provision for arts, in particular drama, music, art and design technology is exceptional. There are over 100 co-curricular clubs and activities on offer including a thriving outdoor pursuits department, model united nations, sporting, drama and music clubs and, with over 200 boarders, the community is a really strong one. Pastoral care is not surprisingly excellent and in the school's recent inspection, every area was deemed excellent by independent inspectors from the Independent Schools Council.
Fees are excellent value for money and the school is really one to put on your lists and go and look at. There are many plans for development, particular in the thriving prep school and nursery. Our Childcare Provision
As part of our mission statement we aim to 'hold the door open to families' and 'cherish the partnership with busy parents'. As a result we offer a very flexible day for our children so we can best fit into busy working lives.
Early care begins at 8.00am but we also have a Breakfast Club starting at 7.30am in our Boarding House. After our outstanding activity programme finishes we also offer Late Care, Prep and Supper Club. Flexi boarding is also available for those families needing consistency and high levels of care for their children at the end of the day. We are, as a school, flexible and understanding of busy family lives and aim to fit our school around your needs. Our staff will always be helpful, considerate and keen to help.
In the senior school pupils finish the school day at 4pm and then stay onto activities and often prep. Supper is available and due to the boarding nature of the school we can even accommodate pupils for overnight stays if required.

I am very calm and patient. I am currently training at Norland to be a nanny so I am looking to gain more experience with young children.
