My Experience

I am a qualified childminder, Ofsted registered and Pacey member. I am 1st aid trained, follow EYFS, CRB checked, SEN trained, ICP trained, and also a trained teaching assistant. My last Ofsted Inspection in July 2019 - graded Good.
I also regularly take different courses in relation to my job : Safeguarding, Food Hygiene and EYPDP etc... Also April 2024 I have enrolled in the ‘Early Years Professional Development Programme’ course running April-November.

PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAVE ;
A CRB not a DBS
- CRB’s preceded the DBS.
They are exactly the same - but different initials.
When visiting I will show you my CRB

I am also an OFSTED registered Nanny.
Full clean Uk driving license.

Rough Daily/weekly routines ;

I have a garden, live within 5 minutes walk to Mayow Park and also co- run a toddler group , along with another childminder 3 mornings a week, in a local church hall.

We do lots of arts/crafts, go to the library, parks , and singing groups, visit the local museums etc …
meet up with a few other childminders with their mindees - so we are a sociable bunch.

As well as following the EYFS, my primary focus is learning through play, whilst adding the basics counting, colours, recognising letters etc … which entices the child to want to progress and learn more (whilst having fun)

I live 2 mins from Sydenham high street and 5 mins walk from the train station.
Buses & trains are frequent
And on street free parking is available.

I HAVE VACANCIES FOR BOTH PRE-SCHOOL AND AFTER SCHOOL CHILDREN.

MY WORK HOURS ARE 730am - 6am MONDAY-FRIDAY
FULL OR PART TIME HOURS ARE AVAILABLE.

My Fees

• Childminding from £8.50 per hour

£85 Full day care / £50 Half day care.

9mth - 2 yr & 3/4 year funding available
