About Me
My name is Leona, at The Little Gingerbread House I am an Ofsted registered Forest School childminder for children aged 2 years - 10 years, I have 2 children of my own aged 16 and 13, I am available to drop off and pick up from Fernvale primary school which I live very close to, I have over 20 years experience in the childcare profession. I am OFSTED rated outstanding and I am also level 3 forest school trained, which means the children in my care are given fantastic opportunities to learn and explore in some amazing places around Leicestershire ranging from Bradgate park, beacon hill, Swithland woods and many more. Forest school is a unique way of learning, developing children’s emotional well being, self esteem, team skills and independence.

My Availability
I provide care for children aged 2 - 10 years, I am available Monday - Thursday from 7.30 till 5.30. 2, 3 and 4 year old funding available, 15 and 30 hours. I also provide holiday care from Mon-Thursday all year round with the exception of bank holidays.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.50 per hour
I charge an hourly rate of £4.50
These include snacks and drinks, and outings on a daily basis
