Lin is wonderfully warm and kind, gentle but firm with the children when needed, accommodating with her timings, an amazing cook, and just simply an all-round gem and a real find for our family in the past five years.
Lin took care of my eldest from when he was 7 months old to 3, and now my youngest is also with her. She has lots of experience and I never worry about how the children are doing when they are with her.
She has a great routine going for the children, with activities in the morning and nap time in the afternoon. in fact my eldest (5) may still nap at hers during 'quiet time' when he occasionally visits! She always prepares healthy, balanced meals for the kids, and communicates all they've done in a daily diary and whatsapp messages when necessary.
She is more like family than anything and I struggled with the much less personal approach at nurseries when my son 'graduated' from hers to pre-school!
