About Me
I am a fun loving,warm and caring Childminder/Babysitter living in Andover, with my husband, 2 daughters and Lilly our Dog. We are very central to all main services, town and College. I am a Network/QA Childminder and was first registered in Feb 2005. Also, being Bi-Lingual in English/Spanish, is a service I provide to all my minded children to develop a foreign language at an early age. I LOVE the out-doors as do the children, so we are outside every opportunity we get. We attend regular playgroups, parks, shows and play areas, including Finkley Farm and Jungle Jungle. The schools I drop off to are Balksbury and St John the Baptist. Our house is large with a big, colourful Play room and an enclosed/walled back garden which is mainly laid to lawn and child friendly.
My Experience
Raising my own 2 daughters I believe has given me plenty of hands on experience, they are now adults and U have two lovely Grandchildren. I have been Registered since 2005 and have cared for many children including my own. I attend regular training so I can be kept updated to any changes in Legislation and learn valuable childcare skills as they are developed.

My little boy Thomas started with Eva in Jan and from the moment he walked through the door became a part of Eva's family, going above and beyond what we expected from a childminder, Eva provides weekly trips to Finkley Farm throwing in random days out to places, like Winchester visiting the cathedral, Newbury for walks along the canal and places like marwell zoo or Cholderton Charlie's; this is interspersed with river walks, feeding the ducks, soft play and many more activities. Eva provides picture stories of the day and the beautiful interaction between the kids in her care. Thomas loves horses and Eva arranged as a birthday treat for him to meet her daughters horses giving up her free time in such a kind and thoughtful manner; whilst in her care Thomas has grown to look after the younger children in her care and it is lovely to see him acting as a big brother. In his time at Eva's her husband has retired and now plays an active role in a dual care capacity Thomas has loved having someone silly like his dad, to go on the slide with him, feed the animals and chase him around. The dual environment has only enhanced Thomas' experience and provides a wonderful childcare facility I would recommend to anyone worried about leaving their child to return to work.

From day one Eva was great with our little girl, Gwen. I thought returning to.work after maternity leave would be a worrying time but not once did I worry about Gwen. They would always be out and about doing something fun and the daily pictures sent to my email were an added bonus. It was good to know Gwen was in such great hands and when they returned after a day out there was a whole play room full of toys and a cosy reading corner that Gwen could explore. We were sad to be leaving Eva, but thank her for brilliant with Gwen, I'm sure she misses her weekly trips to Finkley! :)
