My Requirements

I have a flexible working pattern, so before I start with my requirements, please bear in mind that means flexibility for you too - I'm happy to chat about a plan that works for both of us.

I need a mixture of household help & childcare:

The household help needs to be a weekly commitment - this is help with cleaning, walking our labrador (off-lead - must be confident with playful dogs who need lots of exercise), prepping meals, and running the odd errand (4-6 hours per week total). This is ideal to fit around your other commitments or gym / hobbies / children of your own.

In terms of childcare, both my children are very independent and require minimal hands-on attention. However, there are days where I might be working late from a location other than my at-home office, and need someone to collect the children, make dinner, and generally supervise and have an adult present. This is generally once per week (currently a Wednesday, from 3pm - 5:30pm), but more hours are often needed around holidays and busy periods.

My son has mild ADHD that is medicated during school time and very well managed. It only manifests at certain times, and is not extreme. However, if you have SEN experience, my son loves to talk about his ADHD and get tips - so you'd be very welcome! They both do their own homework independently and rarely ask for help, so proficient English & Maths skills would be a bonus but not essential.

We are passionate about delicious, healthy family meals and eat a very wide variety of cuisine - being a confident cook is a must. We don't expect Michelin stars, but would love someone who loves food as much as we do!
