About Me
I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder and I have been Registered since 1998. I work with an assistant and our setting is open from 7.30am until 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 7.30 til 4.30 pm Fridays. We also provide before and after school care. We are situated close to Romanby school, Library, Parks, Shops and groups which we regularly attend. We offer a drop off and a collection service to and from Romanby school. Our setting has good indoor and outdoor provisions consisting of an enclosed rear garden and three/four indoor rooms one of which is used for quiet time/sleep times and other quiet activities e.g.; Reading, jigsaws, song time and story time, the other room is for meal times messy play, toy room, ict and all our other daily activities. We provide the 2 ,3 and four year old funded provision enabling 15 hours of free childcare and education and now the new extended entitlement of 30 hours. At my last OFSTED inspection I got overall Outstanding. Please review my report online. My registration number is EY312262.
My Experience
I have been a registered childminder since 1998. I have six children of my own and I have two Grandchildren. I also have experience of working in a nursery setting and as a nanny,
My Qualifications
I am Paedriatric first aid qualified and I have my NVQ Level 3 in childcare Learning and Development I also have a Diploma in Child Day Care and Business Management.
I am also a Network Childminder and deliver funded places for 2, 3-4 year olds.
My Availability
I have 4 space available and if you require occasional care it is also recommended that you register with me as I may be able to accomodate your needs. I currently have spaces available for the free government vouchers allowing children to receive 15 hours of free childcare and education.
