With a sound understanding of children’s milestones fun and stimulating activities are organised both inside and outside the home to promote all areas of development.
With experience in delivering Peaceful Learning, Montessori, and Steiner pedagogies the default style is a blended approach that focuses on creating a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn at their own pace, with an emphasis on hands-on learning and building independence, with a holistic approach developmental approach so the child develops as a person, creatively and academically. My Experience
Chat with me - In my experience, the best way to find a childminder is not through reading reams of what they have done but by talking to them to see if your ideas on childcare are aligned with the carers and if they are there is a good basis for working together for your child/children.
I am educated to postgraduate level in childcare, with Early Years Professional Status (early years teacher).
I started caring for children in 1999 when I registered as a childminder, recently I have been a nanny in London.
During my career in childcare I have seen many changes and keep up to date with current requirements through continual personal development through training courses, events and webinars. All my Ofsted inspections with children present I have been graded Ofsted's outstanding.
I have cared for children from a few months old up until they are in secondary school. I offer inclusive childcare and work to achieve the best outcomes for each child.
