Basia is a very sweet person, very motherly, caring and kind. She is very nurturing and the children adore her. Basia looked after our daughter for a month on very short notice and we can not thank her enough. Our daughter loves her deeply and she was recommended to us by multiple sources in the area.
She invests a lot in the children she looks after. She gets to know them very well and encourages their different interests. I will definitely choose Basia again if I have another child.

For our child, Basia created a fun, calm, and creative atmosphere. Our child learned quickly from her and enjoyed going to her house each day. For us the parents, she was friendly, reliable, and incredibly helpful.
We certainly recommend her services

When looking for childcare upon going back to work, my husband and I were keen that our daughter was exposed to a stimulating, fun, loving ‘home-away-from-home’ environment. We have found exactly that with Basia and her family. Basia is an incredibly caring and patient individual. Our daughter clearly loves her time there. Every day is filled with an array of activities that not only enhance her development but are fun and engaging e.g. role play, sensory play, painting, singing, going to the park to name a few. Basia also ensures that our daughter has a varied and nutritious diet which gives me comfort going into the weekend when perhaps our standards miss the mark. As first time parents, Basia’s guidance and experience has been invaluable as well. We rely heavily on her from that perspective and she always makes time to help us navigate this new world. She is the most genuinely caring childminder we could imagine.

Basia looked after our son from the age of 1 for a year, until we moved away from Acton and I can honestly say I don’t know what we would have done without her. As first time parents her calm, reassuring manner, combined with common sense and a huge dose of fun was absolutely invaluable. She helped us through the difficult settling in period at the beginning (hard for both us and him as a Covid lockdown baby) and guided us through helping his development, dealing with challenges such as eating, sleeping and tantrums and I genuinely felt he had fun, was looked after well and really well fed with her. It wasn’t long before he was exited to see her at drop off in the mornings.
I was so nervous about starting him in childcare when I went back to work and spoke to a couple of parents whose children she looked after. One of them told me that one of the special things about Basia is that when she takes the children to the playground you can tell she genuinely enjoys playing with them and encouraging them. I found this to be true and 6 months after moving away we all still miss her.
She is a special person and an amazing childminder, can’t recommend highly enough.

My little girl has been going to Basia since 2017 and was always in such a good mood when I picked her up. Basia is very calm, kind, lovely and caring person who made my girl feel as at home. Basia takes kids out and about on education and fun visits and she always offers different fun activities for children at home. I would definitely recommend Basia to anyone. We miss Basia every day especially my girl. We are so happy and thankful to have found you. So of you need someone who can look after your kids Basia is The Right Person...

I cannot recommend anyone more. Basia is the most caring, kind, calm, loving and nurturing person who has become part of our family. Since the age of 10 months old, Basia has looked after both of our children, and I would not consider anyone else to carry out such an important role. She has welcomed our children into her home as if they were her own, providing a warm and supporting environment with her two gorgeous daughters.
Basia is also the most organised person I know. Our children’s days with her include carefully planned fun and educational activities, inside and outside, together with delicious food which they love. They learn so much and have a brilliant time whilst doing so. Even at the weekends my daughter asks to go to Basia’s!
Early every morning when I drop them off, both of my children run into Basia’s arms, never looking back. The only struggle is getting them back home again in the evenings when I come and pick them up!
I feel incredibly lucky to have had Basia care for my children, and for them to have developed such a loving relationship with her. She is simply the best.

Basia was our daughter's child-minder for two years before we moved out of London. She had come highly recommended to us by others in the neighbourhood and we could not be more thankful to them for the introduction. Basia is both a consummate professional and a truly great person. We cannot say enough about how kind, thoughtful and generous she is. It was a big deal for us, leaving our first child, Lola, with someone else when we both had to go back to work, but from day one, Basia welcomed our daughter into her home as if she were another member of her family.
On the practical front, Basia has ample space for the small number of children she cares for and her home is always impeccably clean and tidy. Every day, she would send Lola home with a notebook that kept a detailed record of everything they had done (always out and about to the park or Kew gardens and myriad local activities), what she'd eaten (home cooked food and healthy snacks) and whether she'd slept etc etc. At home, Basia would not just play games with the kids in her care, but make her home a fun centre of learning too, and she would often give us updates on our daughter's development.
Lola soon become Basia's number one fan and would always want to stay longer and play more with Basia's two daughters - both of whom, like their mum, are really kind and fun. Every day after school they would play with Lola and the other kids in Basia's care, and we have no doubt it really helped the little ones to be around older children on a regular basis.
Lola now has a little sister, and if we move back to London, our first call - without a shadow of a doubt - would be to Basia to see if she has space.
