About Me
Hi, my name is Debbie Probets, I am based in WESTLEA, I have spaces coming up from September 2024. I have been an OFSTED registered childminder since 2000. I am fully qualified and have up to date certificates including the NVQ Level 3 in childcare.
I live with my husband Paul, we have 3 children, one lives locally with his wife and son, the two youngest live at home. The youngest, Abby 23 works alongside me as my assistant, my middle son is working locally.
I have been childminding since 2000, I provide a childcare service within a loving home environment. I provide various activities such as messy play, cooking, outings, gardening, soft play, outdoor play. We are regularly in contact with other childminders as an extension to our learning environment and social circle. We enjoy lots of outdoor play and visits to parks, farms are a few examples whatever the weather.
At my most recent inspection I was awarded GOOD across all areas.
My setting is open from 7.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday in term time and 8.00am to 3.00pm Mon to Thursday during school holidays excluding the Christmas break.
I accept childcare vouchers and offer 15 hours and 30 hours Early Education Funding and Two Year Funding.
I drop off and pick up from Westlea Primary school.

My Experience
I have been a childminder since 2000 when my youngest daughter was born, working away from home was no longer an option with 3 young children. I fell into childminding, it has been one of the most enjoyable jobs I have had and still is. I attend all training sessions and conferences available to keep up to date with what's going on and any changes.

Food Hygiene
Various other certificates held for training and qualifications available on request.
My Availability
My working day is from 7.30am until 5.00pm Monday to Thursday term time and 8.00am til 3.00pm during the school holidays excluding the |Christmas break. I can be flexible, please contact to discuss your requirements.
