About Me
I am a registered childminder and am located in Popley where I live with my two children aged 17 and 14 years old.. I provide a warm and caring home from home environment with lots of toys. I make an effort to take the children out everyday to toddler groups, soft play areas, parks or just for a walk so the children get some fresh air. I love to take the children out for days out in the holidays to. I do lots of different activities with the children cooking, crafts, singing and lots more.

I have been childminding since 2008 and love my job. I love watching the children play and develop in their learning and development.

My Availability
I currently have no availability
My working hours are 8.00am til 6.00pm. I can be flexible with starting eariler, however, this will be charged at a higher rate.
I am an EYE provider and can offer the 15/30 hours government funding for 2,3, and 4 year olds. I can also except childcare vouchers.

Ruth is absolutely amazing with my children. She is gentle, caring and loving. She truly creates a home from home experience. She regularly takes them to toddler groups and days out and they have so much fun with her. Her home is always clean and warm and nothing is too much trouble. Although my children are all in school now they will still be going for ad hoc days as they love her so much!

*Highly recommend * my son started with Ruth at 9months old and he is leaving to start school he will be turning 5 in a few months. Ruth had helped him develop mentally and physically over these years. He has loved every minute. The house is safe and different activities every day. Trips out to groups and days out. I trust Ruth and she is very reliable. Her home became a second home for my son. Very sad to leave but kids grow up and move on and Ruth made sure he was ready for the next stage in his life. If I have any more children then I will definitely want Ruth to look after them.

My youngest daughter started with Ruth just before sue turnt 2 and its been an amazing 3 years shes spent with her but now she's more ready than ever to start big school but sad to be leaving Ruth. Ruth's always been very accommodating with any medications etc and lovley with the kids, we've built a lovley friendship too . Honestly best child minder I've ever had with any of my 3 children .

My son started with Ruth when he was 1 yrs old and has just stopped as he is going to school. As a family we highly recommend Ruth - she has been amazing with my son and taught him so much! He loves/loved Ruth and she was part of our family! I have my youngest starting with her next year and i cant wait for him to make a strong bond/relationship with her and all the other children that will be there!

Ruth looked after our child from 14 months to almost 5 (stopped only as he was starting school). She always kept us up-to-date with his progress, the goals she had set him, activities he had done etc. Ruth provided a safe, happy, nurturing environment for my child so his confidence, language, social skills and development absolutely thrived during his time with her. She has been an integral part of his pre-school development and he has learnt so much from her. He always enjoyed his time there and had so much fun in the wide variety and activities and outings Ruth provided.
I found her very accommodating, flexible and supportive for me as a parent. I couldn’t recommend her enough as an excellent childminder.
