Clare is great

My daughter is currently with Clare she is 2 years old and she adores Clare, always out doing activities and entertaining the children. Very easy to work with, she saved us when we had no where to turn and took our daughter into care. Constant updates and photos of the days activities, Highly recommended

Excellent, caring childminder

Clare regularly takes our 2 year old daughter out to a variety of places including the Look Out Discovery Centre, The Runabout, Bird World, Wisley Gardens, Jakes and Trilakes and different play groups. Here, shegets the opportunity to interact with different children that she is not necessarily familiar with, and develop new friendships. This has helped make her confident and independent and, in my opinion, is one of the main reasons she settled into pre-school so well at the beginning of the year.
She regularly comes home with art work and baking that she has done at Clare’s, and is always keen to tell me what she’s been up to all day. I am then able to see for myself what she has been doing on My Baby’s Days, which Clare regularly updates with photos and a written diary. Clare always keeps me up to date with everything that is going on and if she is planning a day out where she may need something specific, such as wellies, she will contact me a day or so before so she can go prepared.
Clare will soon be taking our second child too. Going back to work is much easier when you know your children are in a safe and happy environment that has become a home away from home.

Fantastic child minder

Clare Channer has been child minder for my two daughters for over three years. She cared for my eldest child from the age of 3 to 6 years and supported her transition to infant school. My youngest daughter was aged 10 months when Clare first cared for her, she has just turned 4. Clare has provided invaluable support through various aspects of a child's development including weaning, potty training and settling at pre-school.

I always felt the girls were safe with Clare – both in her house and garden and when out and about including travelling in her car.
I have been able to go to work happily and enjoy my job knowing the children were having a fun, structured day in a home from home environment.
The children have always been well cared for with a wonderful variety of age appropriate activities provided for them daily.

The children have only stopped going to Clare while I have time off work to have my third child, I will have no hesitation in leaving my baby in Clare's care after my maternity leave.

Clare is welcoming, friendly, approachable and professional, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her as a fantastic child minder.

Great Childminder

Clare has looked after my 2 girls (2 and 6yrs) on a few ad hoc occasions when I've needed additional childcare or to cover holidays for my normal childcare provider.

My girls who are shy by nature and not great with change enjoyed their time with Clare and quickly settled into her friendly home environment.

I would recommend Clare as a childminder.

Nice childminder

Clare took care of my 2 children (3 and 7 years old).
They really liked to go to her place.
Clare took them to many places (indoor playground, farms, events...) and she did many indoor activities (craft, cooking...).
Always keen to have a chat with me about my children and other topics.
I would recommend strongly Clare if you need a childminder in Blackwater area.
