Muskan has been looking after both my children, the eldest one is in Reception now and still attends the setting during half term. Being a working mum I go to work every day knowing my children are in the best care.
They offer fantastic activities such as garden play, painting, colouring, playdough, baking and even more which my children absolutely love and enjoy. I couldnt be happier with the care and attention they provide.
Muskan has always gone above and beyond in all aspects of looking after my children and I would a million percent recommend her services to everyone. Not only do my children love her but my husband and I couldn't have wished, and hoped for someone better to help bring our children up.
We can't thank her enough for the fantastic start she gave our children. They are both brilliant, bright especially my son developed immensely under her care and he adores her a lot. Muskan has been playing a huge role in helping my children.
I couldn't recommend Cute1s enough, Muskan loves the children she looks after and they love her in return. The bond she forms with them is so special.
We couldn't have found a better childminder and a life saviour every time we need extra help from Muskan for our children due to any emergencies.

I've never been so pleased to find such a fabulous setting and dedicated team for my son. My son has shown a massive development in his speech and his listening skills have improved and can follow instructions. Cute1s provides parents with good feedback including pictures and drawings about what my son has been doing. My son has learnt so much and grown in confidence. Cute1s have supported and guided my son in his social skills which has helped him in his play and learning.
I highly recommend Cute1s to anyone looking for childminder because they have exceeded my expectations with their excellent service.

When my younger daughter was only two years old, she learnt how to color in a coloring book because her hand-eye coordination developed very well. Now, she has started to write, and her intellectual development has improved significantly. She enjoys writing and reading books because she was used to reading storey-books at Naghma's place. Every day, my younger daughter brings her reading book to me and asks me to read it to her. I was really impressed that at the age of two, she had a fondness for reading books. She can’t read yet, but she pretends to by turning the pages and whispering little words as if she is a professional reader ,I just love her acting ❤️and thanks to Naghma Aunty, she has developed a lifelong skill to my daughter.Naghma is more than just a child minder to me.
She celebrates every cultural festival, like Diwali, Christmas, Eid, and Halloween. Every child receives a gift according to the cultural festival, and they engage in creative activities related to each celebration.

My experience with this provider has been nothing but exceptional.
I started to send my daughter here from the age of 2 it being so close by that I thought why not save the travel. I can tell you I have not been disappointed once. My daughter was a fussy eater couldn’t talk very well because she was a Covid baby so she had delays in her development. I was at my wits end didn’t know what to do and then one day I spoke to Nani (Nagima) She told me not to worry and then I started to send my daughter there. I had three kids, all having to go to Nursery as I was working full-time.
I can tell you that this is the best and I wish I had sent my other two here.
During my journey at this nursery, my daughter now loves to try different foods whereas before she would be so fussy and wouldn’t eat very well. Her speech was very delayed and I was so worried that I took her to a therapist whom said it was normal, however, being a mother I was worried. Now I can not get her to stop talking they did a fantastic job.
The thing that I love about this setting, is you are mad to feel like family and it works so well. My daughter doesn’t want to go so we have to force as it’s normal for kids to play up. But when I go to collect her she doesn’t want to come home. She is so happy with what she has learned and I love the fact that they know the kids so well that they teach them the way needed.
I am really happy have no complaints at all. I am kept up to date with her progress if I have any concerns about her development they are heard and taken on board. I sometimes laugh as it feels like a childminders and therapy for the parents and we all leave happy.

This childminder is simply the best, she's able to do duties that my child's health visitor can nit do. She gives me feed back so well, telling me about my childs next steps and she even helps me for new vocabulary my child learns. Naghma is so very nice and humble and I can not stress how much you need to visit this childminder. She has made a very good curriculum in place and updates us on every information. I can say for all the parents that she knows how to protect my child and safeguards my child with action plans. Her knowledge is beyond a childminder and I believe that every parent in naghma setting is pleased , I mean look at the comments and see for yourself. My child has settled so well and I can not leave naghma my child loves her and all the other staffs and I simply love the family too. After the inspection, a spoken discussion with naghma and their childminder regulator Ofsted inspector said that my child has some sort it need. I found this so traumatizing and I spoke to other professionals about my child and they said nothing is wrong. This ofsted people information is so inaccurate and labeling my child without any professional background is rude! I am so glad naghma is my favourite choice and I will never ever leave. Thank you naghma thank you family for always supporting me. When my child is around any strangers he is very anxious, so to be labelled because of his anxious behaviour is rude and unprofessional. My previous nursery lied and said that he was fine in nursery until I was shown pictures of him in the corner crying. With naghma he has been roaming around, telling me about his day , pictures of him smiling and naghma being his nanny and when I speak to my mother, his grandmother and he tells what he has done with naghma learning so many skills. Simply the best childminder. Learning development perfect, social emotional perfect, physical education perfect, communication and language perfect, arts and design perfect, science too and maths and reading so perfect ! He has started having more healthy choices too. I can not stress how much I trust and love naghma and family.

My daughter has been in this setting for a while now and she is happy.It's a massive leap of faith to entrust the most precious thing in the world to a complete stranger for the first time but aunty Nagma and family really helped us feel at ease. Would strongly recommend this childminder. Goes above and beyond. My three children love it there. Been using the childminder services for over 7 years now. My oldest daughter has torturing from them and she has improved so much academically from not being able to read or write for her age too now fully writing and reading books. Her development has vastly improved. My son who is 4 has severe physical disabilities. They have supported and helped a lot with him adapting, and encouraging and improving his development. They know how to support his high care needs. They have come to the school to support him for meetings to help get an echp plan. They know how to calm him down when he is in his tantrums where as the school does not. They are always on hand when need to book last minute in emergencies or last minute childcare. They have watched the youngest 4 and 12 months overnight with no issues. They are brilliant as my youngest tends to not sleep. My youngest development is improved going to childminder, making new friends, learning.
Five stars for outstanding care to my children, very safe caring environment. Very trustworthy, welcoming, communicates brilliantly to parents. Amazing with children with additional needs, SEND. They put in a lot of provisions such as sensory toys and they offer amazing support and advice.

My son start with Naghma in February and we are more than happy, Naghma and her family are lovely, they do a lot of activities with the children. My son is very happy with them, I can see an improvement on his development since he is with them. She is flexible, I would highly recommend her, I can tell that they love what they do and are really good at it.

My son Castiel who is 4 years and 2 months has shown so much of progress and development since the time he started which was appx more than 2 years back. We have just had our review meeting with Aunty and team and as usual my son is doing very well. His whole book is full of activities, coluring, writing, tracing, drawing and many more things. The time and effort that Aunty and team gives to my son is shown in the way he has developed all these years. I have no words to describe how great a team they are and am very thankful from the bottom of my heart for all that they are doing for both my son and daughter.
My daughter who started from March this year also enjoys her time at Aunty's place and does her activities happily. She loves playing with the other children and exploring around with toys. I know that Aunty takes very good care of my daughter and both my children are in safe hands. Thank you for everything that you have done for us.

I am incredibly happy with Cute1s Childcare Services provided by Naghma and her family! My daughter Olivia, who is 2 years and 6 months old, absolutely loves this place . Every day, she comes home with a big smile on her face and stories about the fun activities she did and the new things she learned.
All the people from Cute1s are wonderful. They are so kind and patient with the children, making sure each one feels special and cared for. Olivia has learned so many new skills and words since she started attending. The variety of activities they offer keeps her engaged and excited to go back each day.
The house is always clean and welcoming. It's clear that Naghma and her family put a lot of effort into creating a safe and welcoming environment for the kids. They also communicate very well with the parents, keeping us updated on our child's progress and daily activities.

Nagima is a good child minder so are the rest of the child minders that work with her my daughter start just 4 months ago & she is very happy there she is doing so many activities there.I am so happy with the child minder because she taught my daughter so many new things that she didn’t know before.My daughter has improved so much since she has been going to nursery.Before she wouldn’t sit with us but now she always sits with us.

I am so happy that I would give this 1 million stars the setting is comfortable kids are loved. It’s like taking your kid to your own family members home where they actually learn things. My daughter was struggling with her writing however now that’s not an issue, she’s doing really well and really confident. Every child is treated as an individual and the development is exceptional. Having three kids and having used other childcare setting this one most definitely is above and beyond the others.

I can highly recommend Naghma Aunty as a childminder. My son has been there for appx 2 years now and is very happy in Aunty's care. Aunty has been very accommodating and flexible to our needs, she will somehow or the other manage end minute pick up and drop as well whenever possible. Aunty has even helped me get my son off pampers which I know for sure no setting will do that until and unless parents dont start potty training at home, as my son was giving me a hard time she took the initiative for the same and I am very grateful to her.I know my son is well looked after and is in a safe and secure environment. He has also progressed a lot since he started going to Naghma Aunty.

Naghma is a fantastic childminder with a lots of creative ideas. She has so much patience and enthusiasm for her job and such a real love of the children she cares for.She is very caring person. The moment I drop my son off he doesn't even look back to say goodbye as he is so content and at home with Nagma. She has a great selection of toys including educational toys.The children get outside everyday for fresh air, often to the garden and to the park. Naghma also make sure the children eat healthy snacks like fruits and rice cake. She is very professional and is always up to date with regulatory requirements like health and safety.She also keeps a daily diary of what the children get up to each day. The children are very happy an enjoy being in the setting. She does many activities with them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I am incredibly happy with the services we have been provided by Naghma’s family. It really is a home away from home environment. Two of my daughters have been taken care of by Cute1s and they have both had a very pleasant experience there. I have noticed a significant improvement in my daughter’s speech and communication thanks to the team Mimi has really thrived. Her confidence levels has increased and I would say overall she has definitely benefited from her time at Cute1s. A lovely, pleasant and welcoming environment that I would recommend any parent to. We will miss the team greatly and will keep in contact for years to come.

My daughter has been going here for a few years now. She loves it so much that she does not even want to start primary school in September. I am very fussy and particular and can not find one fault with this nursery. My daughter has learned so much and is equipped to go to primary school and I have nothing to worry about as they take care of everything and no request is too much. I am given regular updates on her progress anything that I may need to do at home it’s just a fantastic setting.

Amazing staff with so much heart and caring mindset. It's wonderful seeing our son going to daycare here. My son who is 3 started going to Nani Naghma in May last year. We are very happy with the care he has been receiving and are delighted to see that our son has started to speak so much as he was struggling to speak earlier. We even left our son overnight in her care and he was very happy to be there and didnt even miss his parents which was a relief as we were very worried whether he would settle or no as we never left him overnight in anyones care. I find Nani and her team to be very caring, kind and compassionate. She is easy to communicate with and respects and listens to any issues revolving around the children. So grateful to find such a lovely childminder. Thank you Nani and team for taking good care of our son.

I had a tough time settling my child in at a nursery as he was 2 years plus when I registered him at a nursery. So we finally decided to register him at a childminders and well we were blessed to find a childminder at Nani Naghmas place. My son although took time to settle there as well but now it is a wonder to see him coz he is an angel when he is at Nanis place and has learned to feed himself and listen as well. Would definitely recommend Nani Naghma for a childminder as my child has received all the love, care and attention that he needed to settle in and be independent.

I have been sending my son to Nani Naghma since he was 12 months old until he was 4 years. He is now 8, but can still remember the lovely time he spent with Nani as a his childminder.
I have seen very good progress in his development and behaviour and he picked up some really good habits.
He was really independent while having his food and doing activities.
My son was really happy and attached to rest of the family members.
Nani has lots of learning activities, as my son have learnt most of the rhymes ,colours, numbers, alphabets,puzzles, and fruits etc.
Nani used to send loads of photos of my son and I really enjoyed receiving and sharing them with my family members.
As a working parent, sometime I had to leave my son for longer hours and Nani was really helpful and understanding due to last minute requests.
Nani loves children abundantly and have a very charming approach. You can never see her in any different tone or mood.
As parents, my husband and I were very confident and happy when leaving our son with Nani or to any other member of her family.
I would strongly recommend you to send your child to Nani. She is a wonderful lady...You won't regret it:-)

Naghma has been providing pick up and drop service for my 2 kids in addition to support child minding . She is very punctual and flexible .My lil one generally takes time to settle but felt very comfortable in a short time and that’s a credit to Naghma. Thanks for the excellent service

My son started going to Cute1S from the age of 2. It took him sometime to settle as he was new to the country .He had to start from scratch after coming here and now he has improved a lot in understanding.
In 2019 , he started to speak a lot of words and has surprised us with sentences
Started Reception last year and still going to the setting after school hours.They are very flexible when it comes to childcare hours.Due to Covid time they have been very supportive and helping.

My both kids attending to Nanny from many years. I feel safe when they are in Nanny's house. My kids always go happy and leave happy. Nanny never let me down, she is very flexible with time. She helps me with school runs, provide lunches when need it. She always make kids busy and creative, takes out for playing. My kids love to go to Nanny. I cant recommend enaugh Nanny and rest of family team. I stay with them from many years and can recommend with clean heart to everyone. Thank u Cute 1ones 🙏

I can't the Naghama family enough. The warm love and care my daughter and I are getting from them is something I didn't receive from other places. That's the reason they are like family to us now rather than just a childminder. I'm always happy to take my daughter and will always recommend the Chaudhury without any doubt.

I am very much satisfied with their childcare, as they are reliable and efficient. My children love to stay with Naghma, she is very friendly with children. My children feel like at home and comfortable. I will always recommend for Naghma to my friends and family.
She is professional and caring.

My daughter has been going there for the past 4 years and my son has recently started from 6months, both daughter and son loves it there. They are very helpful, caring and loving to the children. Especially during the pandemic they have been great. They are great with children with disabilities. I strongly recommend this childminder

My daughter going to cute1s since she was 8 months old as me and my both essential worker.
She loves going to cute1s.
Activities and my daughter experience:
* keep child engage is some kind of activity through out as my daughter is 3 yrs old, she knows how to write and say 1-50numbers, A toZ.
* Mother’s Day celebration at cute1s and lots of other celebrations like Christmas,easters,etc
* very clean place and hygiene standards are maintain throughout as far as my own experience.
.*Emergency last minute help offered.
* I can’t stop writing good comments, In short amazing experience and if you want try then you will love it too.

Highly professional childminder, polite and friendly too. My daughters have thoroughly enjoyed attending Naghma’s home. It is a safe and loving environment where children are encouraged and supported by staff. I would recommend anybody living local to this childminder to definitely consider her for your children. It truly is a home away from home experience.

Professional, friendly and flexible are the three words I would use to describe this service. My son is very happy and is very well looked after. The entire team are wonderful. Would highly recommend, nothing is too much for any of them.

It is our pleasure to share that we have a wonderful working relationship with Naghma and her Childcare Assistants at Cute 1s.
It was important for us as a family to find childcare where our religion and culture is promoted, we were assured that this will be upheld and that food items would be kept separate due to following a halal diet and we are pleased that this was taken into consideration and has been practiced.
We have really felt that Naghma and her team go out of their way to ensure our little one and all other children are happy and their time is occupied positively where they are learning and doing activities to support their development and independence.
They are supported by Naghma and team with various arts and crafts and enjoys cooking, baking, doing worksheets, Maths, English, speech and language playing various games, puzzles, exercising and dance.
Our little one is always looking forward to returning to Cute 1s.
Naghma and her team have always ensured measures regarding COVID-19 are taken with high standards to secure our little ones health and well-being with consistency.
We have found Naghma and team to be professional and we have built a trusting relationship with everyone associated with Cute 1s and hope this to be the case for many more years to come.

My son started atteding setting when he just finish 2 years he settled very well and love his nanny, and all people there I always could bring him and dont worry about him. We find that care provide for him been very good, they all understand his needs and health problems which been really important for me. I trust them and my son stay with them over 3 years he form bond with Nanny, and people who care for him. Even now when he is playong he mention Cute 1s.

I have very outstanding service. My kid is loving it. Its been 1 year my kid is there and is so happy and settled that never wants to come home. The way they treat you will blow you away especially bushra they are so kind and nice. They have very good settings and very good facilities. They are flexible and ready to take on my kid anytime. 1 am satisfied that my kid is in safe hand and they are very trustworthy. I rate them very highly and respect cute1s from bottom of my heart. My child has been going to cute1s for quite sometime. So many times I gave them very short notice to take on my kid, that short that they had literally 15 minutes and they done it. My kid never had any problem. He is very very happy with them and they are quite understanding and my kid loves them specially aunty bushra and nani. He loves them to much. I totally trust them with my kid. They treat us like family they never said no to me in any case. I am so comfortable with them. They never let me down and always support me. They are also understanding with payments and requests. I get vip treatment every time I go there.
People always look for negatives but never will look for positives.

Cute 1s were very lovely an welcoming to me when i first met them. i am a single mum with 2 girls new to the area. i was looking for childcare so that i am able to study.
Bushra and Nagma(her mum) were lovely they would pick up my daughter from nursery an bring her to there home for me to collect her. my daughter was very fond of them and loved going there.
one day i went to collect my daughter, a little earlier than usual and she was not there. when i had arrived and was greeted by bushra she looked very panicked and said something to her mother in her native language. her mother then rushed out of the house.
bushra invited me in to sit down before talking to me for 20mins about how my daughter had gone out with one of the other childminders(there was a few of them) and that her mum has gone to get them because they were not answering there phone. bushra gave me positive feedback about what my daughter had done that day and confirmed to me that she had had her evening meal
her mother arrived back 20mins later with my daughter.
after confirming with my daughters nursery about what time she was picked up that particular day it had come to light that Bushra a registered childminder had sat there and lied to me for 20mins about the whereabouts and wellbeing of my daugher. i immediately terminated my contract with cute 1s as i was so angry, it even reduced me to tears not even at the fact that they may or may have not forgotten to collect my daughter that day but simply the lies that were told to me regarding her care.
NO CHILDMINDER WHAT SO EVER SHOULD BE TELLING YOU LIES ABOUT YOUR CHILD. IT IS EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ANY CHILDMINDER THAT DOES THAT DOES NOT DESERVE TO HAVE THAT TITLE!!!!!!!! it probably will not happen but Bushra inparticular should not be allowed to care for no child after that behaviour!!!
