Julia is an outstanding professional and a very kind woman. I believe we are lucky to meet her.
My little one is bilingual (English and Russian), as most bilinguals he was speech delayed in both languages. When he started school this year we thought he would catch up but 2 months later realised that our son needed additional help as he was scared to read and struggling to express himself at school. A few hours of tuition with Julia and he stopped refusing to read but instead started to pick up books to read himself. He is reading very comfortably level 2 books now and started reading level 3 books. I, as a mother, is delighted with my child progress and confident that it would not happen without Julia's help. I completely trust her professional opinion. Also she is a very nice and very kind woman, who has tons of experience with little ones, flexible in her approach to teaching to suit a child's nededs and my son loves coming to her place. I can highly recommend her if you think your little one(s) need some additional support in their language skills.

Jane has a wonderful way with children, and my little one always looked forward to spending days with her, enjoying time with friends in a safe and caring environment. It's clear she's committed to the children's well-being.
However, I believe there could be some improvement in how communication is handled between Jane and the parents.
For instance, Jane never shared with us her policies but expected us to comply. This would not had been too bad but unfortunately, even slight misalignments resulted in escalation.
Additionally, some reduction to our agreed hours were made one-sidedly, which was unexpected and created some logistical challenges on our end. Neither it was well communicated.
There were times when specific needs or requests, such as adjusting the timing for potty training to better suit my child’s readiness, seemed to be challenging to negotiate. These discussions did not always go as smoothly as hoped and unfortunately led to our parting ways on Jane’s request.
In summary, your child most probably will be happy at Jane’s if you are happy with “my business my rules” attitude and you are certain that no flexibility would be required.
