About Me
Hi, I am Lizzie, myself and my little family have recently relocated to the north Cornish coast from Gloucestershire and I am now looking for a new nanny position locally.
I am a mum to one little boy who is 2.5 years old and attends a local pre school 3 days a week.
Aside from being a mum now myself, I have over 12 years of practical, childcare experience in varying settings, from being both a sole charge nanny and mothers help to working in nursery’s and also most recently supporting children of reception age with speech and language development in a first school.
I have always been passionate about providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to thrive in.
With a fun, motivated and positive approach to everything I do.
I can provide excellent references and am ideally looking for a position 2-3 days a week but can be flexible.
My Experience
Since training for my NVQ within a nursery 13 years ago I have worked in a variety of settings, including four long term sole charge nanny roles with children of ages from newborn- seven, in both London and Australia.
Most recently I managed and ran a speech and language development programme for the reception aged children within a local first school before taking maternity leave to become a mum myself.
My Qualifications
I have an NVQ level 3 in Childcare and education, as well as up to date training with the early years foundation stage/early years outcomes.
I also am a qualified paediatric first aider and hold a full clear driving license.
My Availability
Full or part time from mid to late march.
