My Experience

I currently am a student nurse looking for flexible work to fit round my studies.

I am currently helping out a of 4. I have been with them for 7 years. The role started as after school help, babysitting and full days in the school holidays which involved healthy meals and snacks prep. Transport to after school activities, appointment and trips out. Homework help. Helping the children with creativity, independence and other life skills.
In 2017- I took on extra hours to equal 1 full day which involved household jobs such as cleaning, bed making, food prep, ironing and deliveries.
Oct 2023- I reduced my hours to 1 day a week which Involves household jobs until school pick up. I will then focus on childcare.

I currently help a single mum who has 2 children with before and after-school care.
This involves taking the youngest to breakfast club and picking up from after school. I will bake with the eldest and make tea, baths and bed times.

Previous roles
I helped a family of 6. Children were1,3,7 & 9 ( special needs assistance). I would help run the household such as bed making, keep the childrens bedrooms,bathroom, play area, lounge tidy throughout the day, assisted with the laundry,ironing , run the hoover around and tidy kitchen after meal times such as washing up, clean surfaces and floors. Spend 1:1 time the children - going for walks, swimming, creative play.

I have nannied for single mum with her 5 children.
I would help with after school care. This would involve running the children to after school clubs, activities and errands. I would help with homework, baths and bedtime. I would help around the house this involved keeping the house tidy after children use, walking the dog and helping tidy up after meal times. I would babysit most weekends and help with the occasional weekend mornings.

I would help a single mum and dad with her 2 boys on the days they each had them. I would run them to school and pick up,take to clubs and activities and when the dad had the boys it would normally involve the family above as they were in a relationship.

My Qualifications

I have just finished my level 2&3 in health and social Care. I have done my first aid and have a full driving license

My Availability

I currently as a student nurse. I am doing two days placement and I will be off until September ( 4 days - 2 uni and 2 placement).

My Fees

• Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
• Nannying from £14.00 per hour (net)
