Confident and very passionate childcare practitioner with 13 years experience. The first 12 years I was private nursery based and I have now been childminding for a year. I hold NVQ Level 3 qualified and Level 3 Award in Preparing to Work in Home-based Childcare. I have a wealth of experience and knowledge of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage.
I am dedicated to creating a stimulating, encouraging, and safe environment for each child's individual needs. During my 13 years experience, I have developed strong skills in supporting and providing the best outcomes for children, and I am genuinely passionate about providing the best child care and play experiences and will always strive to do so. I have always established great relationships with families in different settings and worked in partnership with them successfully.
My Experience
I have 12 years private nursery based experience working with ages 0-5 as a senior educator. I have now been an Ofsted registered childminder for the last year.
My Qualifications
I have an NVQ level 3 in child and young peoples workforce and Level 3 Award in Preparing to Work in Home-based Childcare.
I hold a current DBS
I am paediatric first aid trained.
I am also trained in Safe Guarding children, food hygiene, 'deserving the best - birth to three' cultural diversity and I am Epi-Pen trained, smile award plus which is about healthy eating and looking after teeth
