I am available for evening babysitting, I have experience with a range of children and would love to help.
My Experience
I have worked in two nursery settings, and have been working with children since 2008. The most recent of my nurseries was a Montessori which I thoroughly enjoyed learning about different theories behind child development.
I have been working as a nanny since July 2013 and I love it, I love becoming part of a family and getting to know the children so well. I enjoy planning activities to suit what they like to do, both physically and emotionally! I enjoy spending time outside, as well as playgroups, music classes, gymnastics, football, play dates, and more!!
I have nannied children from 3months right up to 11 years old and have babysat children older too.
I absolutely love what every age brings, from learning to walk and talk, getting their little personalities, right up to all the questions about life that make everyone think about the answer!
I have looked after children with sensory delay, dyslexia and dyspraxia. I also looked after a little girl who had a stroke in the womb. I have experience I global developmental delay and feeding tube training. NG/NJ and Gastrostomy.
I pride myself in the care and attention I give the children I look after and always have such a lovely bond with them which I love! However, will also keep the house clean and tidy and am happy to do some jobs around the house (I know the children's washing can be a huge mountain!!)

My Qualifications
I have got a BTec National Diploma in Early Years, which is equivalent to NVQ level 3. I also have paediatric first aid along with other relevant training courses which have been done over many years. My most recent first aid was completed November 2019.
My Availability
I am available for evening babysitting this could be a fixed thing or just ad hoc. I am available Monday - Saturday from 7pm ish - 11pm.

Charlotte has been a part time nanny to our son since November 2022. Charlotte is absolutely wonderful with children and it is clear she enjoys spending time with them. Our son is hugely fond of Charlotte and it has been a pleasure to watch their friendship develop. Charlotte is prompt, professional and unflappable - she communicates well and has never let us down. My husband and I both work full time and recently had a second baby so our home can be chaotic. Charlotte is always calm, collected, proactive and happy to go with the flow of whatever is happening in a given day. She is very thoughtful and takes time to plan fun, educational activities for our son depending on the season, weather and the ‘mood’ he might be in that day. This means they have a great deal of fun together and he looks forward to seeing her every week. I would have no hesitation in recommending Charlotte to any family looking for childcare - she is the best!

Charlotte is the best childcare professional we have ever known! She has been a part time nanny to our two daughters for the last two years - since our youngest was 8months old. The girls absolutely adore her and she is like part of the family. There is never a dull day as Charlotte plans varied and fun activities for the girls - even on rainy days. She helps with homework and takes an active role in all the girls’ milestones. I have had so many comments from parents who have seen her at school pick up ( for our eldest) about her wonderful she is with the girls and, while working at home, I can always hear laughter. I cannot recommend Charlotte highly enough - we are so lucky to have found her!
