I am creative, enthusiastic and confident child minder who loves working with children.
I have a 5 year old daughter who is extremely sociable and loves to play and explore and a daughter Elsie who is our latest addition (18mths).
They are forever giving me inspiration and new ideas for creative play.
I love cooking and enjoy trying new foods and recipes i l like to cook with the children and will provide nutritious home cooked meals.
We live close to a park which we regularly visit as my daughter loves to run about and climb.
My aim as a child minder is to create a warm, happy,and fun environment where your children can thrive and develop.
I am offering a reliable and flexible service as i understand as a parent how hard it can be to work and manage family life.
I am available 8am - 6 pm Monday's, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays upon request.
I enjoying being out and about with the children in my care i feel it provides lots of new learning experiences and plenty of fresh air, The vyne, Many Down Farm, Beale park, The Beach and many more places.
I also like to attend baby & toddler groups as it is a great way for the children to interact with other children.
My Experience
I have a 5 year old daughter and a 18mth old and this has given me lots of practical childcare experience .
I have now been child minding for 3 and a half years and i have looked after friends and families children and all of varying ages and thoroughly enjoyed the time.

Laura has looked after our daughter for a year now, since she was 1. She has provided a home from home where my little girl has felt comfortable, confident and has thrived. Laura is a friendly, understanding and caring minder who consistently provides the stimulation that young minds need.
Our daughter regularly goes out and about with Laura to play groups, parks, shops and for walks. They are always busy! When they are in the house there are plenty of toys to play with and Laura provides role play, physical play, construction, drawing, cooking, messy play activities and much more. Our child also goes to a nursery on some days and Laura has worked very hard to tie in her activities with theirs so that there is consistency across the settings.
Laura is flexible and accommodating and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. My little girl will miss going there when she has left. You could not wish for a better childminder!

Laura has looked after my two children for a year and half now, both of my children absolutely love Laura and have settled in so well into Laura’s setting which is a home from home environment. Laura’s provides great activities from play groups, trips out, they are constantly coming home with arts and crafts that they have made and even yummy cakes that they baked. I would definitely recommend Laura as she goes beyond her call of duty as a child-minder, as a mother myself I feel so relaxed and content leaving my children with Laura as I know she is honest, caring and has a real maternal attitude.

Overall
I have been back at work for over a year now and as any new mum knows leaving your child is daunting and worrying but Laura made the whole experience easier and better than I could have hoped for! She is patient, creative and my son absolutely adores her. His confidence has increased so much, he loves role playing and runs to her front door each morning! It's a real home from home experience with home cooked meals and trips out! I can't recommend Laura enough, lovely, bubbly and brilliant lady x
