Amazing childminder :)

If you’re looking for a childminder who’s basically a superhero in disguise, look no further than Ms. Gail!
She’s been absolutely amazing with our son. Not only is she incredibly kind and attentive, but she’s managed to teach him so much, despite English not being his first language. From letters to numbers, his vocabulary has skyrocketed, all thanks to her.

In fact, convincing him not to go to Ms. Gail’s on Saturdays? Well, let’s just say, you’ll need all the luck in the world!
Her patience and professionalism are second to none, even when he’s being a little silly (which is pretty often).

We can’t thank her enough and wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Gail—she’s simply the best!

A happy parent

My little one has been going to Gail since before her first birthday over two years ago and Gail and Courtney have went above and beyond to support Isabella’s developments and my infrequent work rota. Gail has a very caring nature as well as being fun and responsible and my daughter adores her. She is very understanding and I have always felt at ease around her when discussing Isabella as well as life in general. Isabella talks about her a lot, on the par as myself, to the point of wanting to continue her place at Gail’s whilst others have moved on into nursery. She is thriving in all areas of her development and that’s down her attendance with Gail and Courtney.

Amazing childminder

Gail has provided childcare for my daughter for over 2 years now and not once in the 2 years I’ve faulted Gail on anything, the care she provides is outstanding I’ve had childminders before who have done the basics but Gail treats my daughter like her own family and she has come on leaps and bounds, she is so happy at Gail’s and loves going. Nothing is too much hassle I’ve had to sometimes do longer shifts at work at short notice and Gail has been so accommodating to our needs, I am currently pregnant again and will 100% be using Gail again even though she is quite out the way to me it’s worth the journey.

Fantastic childminder

Gail became our childminder a little over 2 years ago now and I can't fault the service she and the lasses has provided for us. My child thoroughly enjoyed her time hear and has learnt so much since starting.
Gail is very adapting to our needs and nothing has ever been to much trouble. Wheather i needeed an earlier start time or late finish not to mention my child has allergies and Gail bought foods suitable for her so that she wasn't left out at meal times. As a family we're rather sad that our time at Gail's is coming to end due to her starting school. I can't say about word about Gail or her family she deffo gets 5* from us. Thank you Gail !

Don’t trust

Hi all plz don’t trust this person seems very friendly at first when you meet her nice house gave my son a place when we got home the next day getting a not nice message off this lady I would not trust your kids to go here all she after to take your money but does not give you the service she offers all lies now we go to look for someone else last min

I have handled the situation as best I can under the circumstances. I have to think of my home and family/neighbours plus all the childminded children that I already look after. Since I sent you the below message you have sent me several private messages. Then put a comment on my childminding Facebook page, which I have managed to delete. Then you have put this review on here. You have caused me a lot of upset and distress since I messaged you on Saturday morning. If you had actually admitted clipping my neighbours dog with your car and asked if the dog was ok or apologised I would of been happy to look after your son as I know accidents can happen. I hope that you can actually take time to gather your thoughts and reflect on your actions since you visited my home on Friday and actually admit that you are in the wrong. Not sure why you have mentioned money as I have not taken a penny from you. If I was money orientated I would still be offering you a place for your child.

Hi Carl, I have thought carefully after meeting with you and your family yesterday about the incident that happened once you left my home. You have clipped one of my neighbours dogs with your car which was witnessed by two other neighbours. I understand that it was an accident but the way in which you handled the situation has left me upset and in shock. We live in a dead end street so our children, dogs and cats often play at the top end of our street. In light of the above information I don’t think that we would be a good match so unfortunately I am withdrawing the space for your son. I wish you and your family well in the future and hope you find alternative childcare. Kind regards Gail
