About Me
Hi I'm Vicki I am a registered childminder living on Larkhill.
We live in a spacious four bed house with a large child friendly enclosed garden.
A typical week for us will include trips out to play groups in both Higham and Rushden. We spend a lot of time in the garden and trips to the park are frequent. As all of my children are craft crazy we are alway making new colourful and glittery creations.
My home has a wide range of toys for all ages and spacious garden which children of all ages have enjoyed. We have a large covered patio area which the children love to drive the little cars, scooters and bikes on.
As all my children attend Higham Ferrers infants / juniors school I am committed to drop offs and pick ups at this school. I am also able to pick up and drop off at local nurseries and preschools.
We like the children who come to our home to feel like this is a home from home.
I offer term time and school holiday full or part time care.
I except the 3yrs old funded places.
I except childcare vouchers.

My Experience
I am a mum to two boys and a little girl which has given me a wealth of experience.
Before having my own children I had worked as a live in nanny in both Denmark and Australia, looking after children ranging from 9 months to 8 yrs.
Over the last four years I have been a part of my local preschool committee which has involved me helping out from time to time with daily activities.

I was always worried about leaving my LG with someone as she was never very good with new people. When she first met Vicki there were no issues at all and I definitely made the right choice with Little Explorers. My daughter loves seeing Vicki every week, she is so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Vicki to anyone looking for childcare.
