Hi Mums and Dads, my name is Sarah and I live with my partner and 1 of my grown up children in Hayes just off of Pinkwell Lane. I have been a 'Good Graded' Ofsted Registered Childminder since 2006, I have 2 grown up children of my own. I am kind, caring and friendly. I bring warmth , routine , boundaries, manners , kindness , life skills and health and safety into our everyday activities and I create a loving environment for your little ones to bond with and for them to thrive. I work within the EYFS Framework to support their development.
I offer a home from home experience and we have various outings throughout the week, usually in the morning we will attend either toddler group, soft play , the park or go for a nature walk (less frequently we will also visit the farm, garden centres, Uxbridge town centre). I follow the children's interest as much as possible and plan activities and outings around their likes and dislikes as they learn so much more from doing what they love. I have an excellent selection of toys and learning resources to keep children busy and learning whilst we are home. We do painting and craft activities as well as baking.
My aim is to give my little people the best start by providing them with a safe , loving, happy , stimulating and fun environment whilst Mummy and Daddy have to work and I provide reassurance to parents via pictures on whatsapp and a chat at the end of the day. I have a portfolio ready for new parents to view so you can see the various activities and outings your child will get to experience. Your child will have their own portfolio full of all the pictures I have taken and their artwork (some gets sent home too) which is yours to keep once they leave.
My last Ofsted inspection was January 2020 and was graded Good.
I am on the U4 bus route, close to 140, 90 &H98 bus route and close to Hayes & Harlington train station.
I am registered with tax free childcare, eligible families can get 20% off their weekly bill. Most Working families that can not or do not claim child tax credits , universal credits or childcare vouchers are most likely eligible.

We’re so glad we chose Sarah to care for our 3 year old daughter. Our daughter was born during the pandemic and wasn’t very used to being with other people. We were worried about her getting settled but Sarah has been so gentle, patient, and creative in taking care of her that she settled right in. Sarah takes the children to fun, child-friendly, and safe places and my daughter always tells us how much fun she has. We are kept up to date on their activities so we know how she is doing daily.
Sarah is reliable, communicative, and accommodating — which are what we look for in childcare. I do not worry about my child whille she’s with Sarah because I know she’s cared for, stimulated, and safe.
My daughter will miss Sarah and the other children so much, even I will! She had tons of fun there and was taken care of really well. We can’t recommend Sarah enough. :)

Being first time parents, we were extremely nervous about leaving our child with a childminder. However from our first initial meeting with Sarah we were put at ease. Her warm, kind and friendly personality made us feel comfortable and confident to leave our child with her.
My son absolutely adores her! When I pick him up at the end of the day he refuses to leave. She has helped him develop not only physical but social and emotional. Because of her my child is a confident, happy young man!
While being with Sarah, my little ones culture capital has really developed because of the amazing experience she exposes him to from farm trip to days out the the park. Every morning my little one is greeted with a range of carefully planned activities and play that develop my child’s physical, emotional and social development.
She has also been amazing for us as she gives helpful tips and hint too! I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking for a children because she is simple amazing!

I have been using Sarah’s childcare service for 4 years. Both my children have been in Sarah’s care- first my son who is now in primary school and most recently my daughter who stayed with Sarah from 9 months old and she is nearly two.
Sarah provides an extremely well rounded service, there are plenty of fun activities scheduled and lots of educational activities too. My daughter loves Sarah and her home environment as it is very welcoming. Sarah always goes above and beyond and is able to cater to each child’s and parent’s needs.
We are very lucky to have found a brilliant (and very reliable) childminder to help our family and our son who is now is now in school has very fond memories and occasionally does still talk about his time at Sarah’s. I can’t recommend her enough!

Sarah is a very kind and caring childminder who goes above and beyond the expected.
My daughter has been with Sarah since she was 5 months old and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to leave her with. Sarah regularly sends photos and videos to keep new parents updated and comfortable, knowing their child is in good care and more importantly, happy. Sarah takes the children on daily outings and they are always doing something fun and stimulating.
My daughter loves Sarah and they have built a lovely bond over the last few years. Not only has Sarah been a childminder for my daughter, she has also become a good friend who has been a huge support to me as a lone parent.
I would highly recommend Sarah as a childminder to anyone who is looking to leave their children in a warm, caring environment where they will be comfortable, happy and content.

Sarah has created a warm, friendly and inclusive atmosphere in her home. Our son has been looked after by Sarah for over a year, he was 11 months old when he first stayed with Sarah and I have felt comfortable leaving him in Sarah’s care ever since.
As a mother the most important factors, when choosing childcare included leaving our baby in a clean, safe and loving environment, and both me and my husband feel Sarah has ticked every box.
In addition to the above Sarah includes daily outings and activities which stimulate and are also educational for our son. Sarah also sends us photos regularly so we are reassured he is having a great day with his friends.

My son has been with Sarah for 3 years now and I cannot recommend her enough. Sarah provides a friendly, safe and stimulating environment. He always comes home with stories of their adventures, what he has learnt that day and art and crafts they have made. My son feels very happy and comfortable while there which is great peace of mind for any parent. Definitely an A* childminder!

Sarah was my daughter's first childcare provider and the way Sarah took care of her made my return to work after maternity leave a breeze. Our little girl was happy to arrive every day and cried when we left for the day! Sarah made us all feel very welcomed and it was clear to see how much she genuinely cares for the children she is in charge of. Every single one of her children adore her. Our daughter made significant steps in her progress and gained a lot from the different experiences she had whilst there. I was more upset leaving Sarah for the last time than I was about leaving my job of six years as I couldn't imagine anyone who would care for our little girl more. Thank you for everything!

I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough. She is a warm, loving, fun and experienced childminder. She helped make the settling in process as easy as it could be. It made it a lot less difficult for me to pursue my work placement, knowing that my daughter was being well taken care of.
We were very sad to have to leave Sarah (as my placement came to an end). Her setting provides the same stimulation you might want from a nursery, but also intimate enough that each child receives individual care and development opportunities with Sarah.
