About Me
I am a bubbly person with a great personality. I take pride in running my childminding business as a family unit. I have been happily married for 26 years and have been in a relationship with my husband for 29 years. I am a mother of 4. I have 2 boys and twin girls all are grown up. I have a wide range of toys and learning activities for the children which i rotate on a daily/weekly basis. I keep a record of achievement for all of my toddlers/pre-school children which is available for parents to view at any time. This consists of drawings, photographs and new experiences that the children have encountered.
I am a childminder as this is what i enjoy doing, my children are all grown up and i would like to give love and support to other families that have to go to work and i understand that leaving your child with a stranger can be hard but i pride myself in making your childs day as normal and homely as possible and offer a settling in period to all new parents. During holiday times i try my best to take the children on outings with parents permission. I have a large enclosed garden with a hot tuib which again with parents permission i allow the children in during summer months.
My Experience
I have raised 4 children of my own including twin girls. I was a foster carer for several years for a variety of age groups. I have been childminding for almost 19 years and have had experience with children of all ages ranging from 3 months old to 13 years. I have had experience dealing with children with special needs and also various medical conditions.
My Qualifications
My qualifications are being a mother to my own for the past 27 years and fostering also. I and my assistant are NVQ LEVEL 2 trained,i also hold a paediatric first aid certificate.
I am also ofsted registered.

My fees are discussed and agreed with each parent depending on cirumstances for example hours needed and number of children. I do offer a discount for 2 or more children.
