About Me
Hello, My name is Yuko. I have been a childminder for about 11 years. I
have enjoyed my job so much spending with little persons. I live with my partner, 13 years old girl and 7 year old girl in Knaphill area.
We go to playgroups, play/sing music, indoor/outdoor activities, outing, taking a walk to park, playground etc, as daily activities. I do open end activities like water, sand play and playdough etc.

My Experience
Ofsted mentions I give children good caring and affection and help them to be independent. I have obtained Quality Improvement Award by Surrey Early Years. I am an active person to go outside during the day. The qualifications I have got are CHIP, first aid, UK driver license, Food hygiene and National level understanding autism.

Yuko is truly a wonderful childminder who has been looking after our little boy. She is encouraging, warm, thoughtful and always creates a lovely home away from home atmosphere. Our son stays with Yuko once in a while but every time he comes back, he’s excited and immediately settled. Yuko is brilliant at ensuring kids in her care have fun, are gently challenged with new activities and new places and are happy throughout their visit.

Hi Nika, I had a good time to look after your son!. He has been such an outdoor loving boy and enjoyed himself by what he can play . His speech has come out to the great extent. I cannot wait to see his next step. Good luck!
Our adopted daughter struggles with attachments and Yuko was very flexible and understanding when settling her in. Our daughter has made loads of progress with her over the year and we have been very happy with the range of activities she has taken her to. From going to a farm, playgroups, Wisley, parks and even watching planes at the airport, the activities have engaged and stimulated our daughter.
Our daughter feels like Yuko's house is a second home to her because of Yuko's caring and loving nature. We would highly recommend Yuko to any parent looking for childcare. Yuko also accepted FEET funding which was really useful for us.

My daughter hugely enjoys being at Yuko's as she spends a lot of time playing outside. The kids are not exposed to TV and Yuko is always involved in interesting activities with them. She offers them the activities that keep them enthusiastic like playing with sand and water, plant vegetables, watering plants, painting, playing with rice, doing different arts and crafts among other things. Yuko has a lot of experience and knowledge but also is very kind and caring. She takes care of kids as they are her own. My daughter loves to go to different parks with Yuko where they play and have picnic afterwards. She is always offered a healthy and quality food by Yuko. My daughter comes home nurtured, calm and in good mood. Her nightmares, which she had while visiting another setting, disappeared and my daughter is more confident now. She has learned a lot of new skills with Yuko and she feels valued and loved because Yuko speaks to her and takes her feelings into account but at the same time sets the rules and boundaries in empathetic way.
I highly recommend Yuko and I am sure your child will be in a caring and developing environment.

Our son has been going to Yuko-san's childcare service for almost 2 years, and in that time he has grown to love her like a member of the family. Yuko-san is a consummate professional and we have always been extremely impressed with her high standards. She provides a nurturing environment and varied, interesting and well-planned activities for all the kids in her care. She is always as flexible as she can be with any requests, communicates well and provides daily, detailed information on our son's progress which always brings a smile. We highly recommend Yuko-san.
