Although I have many years experience with children in nurseries I realise that some may not see it as the same experience/role as a nanny but may I reassure you that I understand the needs of the children I cared for and my role as a nursery practitioner meant that I had care of my own key children up to 12 in total during different sessions of the day/week. I had ratios of up to 8 children on my own depending on age and the personal needs of the children. I hate to blow my own trumpet but I have always received amazing references from all my employers. I get called Mother Duck as I always have a following of children around me.
I have a selection of character references which I hope will be helpful.. Thank you for reading my profile and I really do hope you will consider me.

Louise was absolutely lovely with our 4MO baby. She was super experienced and knowledgable, I was always asking her advice. Would definitely work with her again and recommend.
My little boy just loved Lou Lou, and really enjoyed his days singing, painting and playing with her. Lou Lou was brilliant.
All I can say about Louis is wonderful.
Since the first time I saw her I liked her very much for my son and most important is that my son liked her as well. When she started caring for my son I realized that I was right, that she was the one I wanted for my little one.
Louis is a lovely woman who has a lot of experience with children, so that you can notice it from the first time you see her around children. She was always on time working with a smile on her face and with a proactive attitude. Every day I was surprised with a new adventure she had for my son, who enjoyed playgroups, cafes with soft play, zoo, park and many other things. When the adventure happened at home she always found a different way to have fun with my son, helping him to develop his artistic, cultural and play skills (drawing, telling him stories, singing, ...).
Also my son enjoyed nice and healthy food that Louis cooked for him as well as a very tidy and clean home environment that she always got ready for him.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants someone experienced, committed, creative and amazing for caring her children.
Louis is the nanny you are looking for!!
