About Me
I am a OFSTED registered Childminder (OFSTED Report 2019 "Good", including Outstanding in 1 area. )I am married to Andrew, he was a Social Worker and is now my assistant. 2 of our children live with us children, Daniel(20) and Michael(15) We have 1 dog called Koda a cat called Kenai and 3 chickens. Our home is a spacious semi with playroom and a well equipped garden with plenty of protection from the sun. Parents are the most important to their children and will always have a say in the kind of care I provide. I prepare healthy home cooked meals for all children including babies. We attend play and stay , rhyme time and childminders drop in a weekly basis to keep children in touch with the wider community. I provide a wide variety of toys, resources and equipment to aid children's learning and development indoors and outdoors. We have incorporated Montessori and the curiosity approach into our setting as well. We also like going to places like going to indoor play centres , the woods and canal and during school holidays venture a bit further to parks, farms and museums around Greater Manchester and beyond. I collect from Manchester Road Primary academy and Fairfeield Road primary school. Thanks for looking.

Elmarie looks after two of my children aged 6 and almost 1 year old. The care that is offered is above excellent, my children have been welcomed into a very loving family like enviroment. Elmarie does lots of activities with the children at home and also takes the children to local play groups and walks to the park. As a very anixous mum going back to work after maternity leave, it was important for me that the childrens childminder was going to be a great communicator which elmarie is. Most of all my children love going to elmaries, big smiles from the baby when we walk up the path. If you are looking for a childminder in droylsden i would definatly reccomend you consider elmarie. 5 stars in all areas.

My son Thomas has been with Elmarie since he was about 10 months old, in full-time childcare until he was ready for school at age 4 and then Thomas moved to before school, after school and holiday care until last week aged 6. I found Elmarie on this website after a very unsatisfactory experience at nursery and we've never looked back. Elmarie really loves the children she looks after, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is good. Elmarie went out of her way to help us with childcare after Tom's eye operations. Thomas has loved every minute of being at Elmarie's and has thrived in that atmosphere. We would still be there now if we hadn't moved away from the area. We will miss Elmarie so much and cannot recommend her highly enough. A true home-from-home for your little ones and total peace of mind for a working parent(s).

Elmarie is a great childminder. She's great with the kids, keeps them active and entertained and has been very flexible for us.
The kids love going there and we're always happy knowing they're in excellent hands.
