About Me
My name is Alena and l am a 42 year old Slovak nanny and mother of 10yr Ela
and 7yr old Laura. I am looking for a lovely family for 3 - 4 days a week but l'm flexible. My daughters go to St. Stephens Primary School.
I have done many years nannying before I became a Mum myself and with my children. I was also working as a Teaching Assistant and Pre- school Practitioner.
I am very organised, reliable, responsible, creative, warm and fun. I love singing – I also play the piano, doing arts and crafts, getting outdoors - l am very sporty and enjoy taking children to park, playgroups for them to interact with other children, library, … I have experience with children aged from 11 months up to 10 years old.
I have always had a passion for children and that is why l have chosen my career path - Nursery and Primary Teacher.
I really enjoy being part of the children's life, sharing their exciting journey through learning and exploring, watching and helping them grow to become happy, independent grown ups.

My Experience
I have experience with children aged from 11 months up to 10 years old.
After I finished my university studies, back in my home country Slovakia, l was working as a Primary school teacher and a swimming instructor.
I worked as a TA for 2yrs in primary school in London and 3years as Pre school Practitioner in Nursery in Twickenham.
I volunteered as a Nursery Teacher for a yr in pre-school and was taking Ela with me, she was then 2yrs old.
My Qualifications
I have always had a passion for children and that is why l have chosen my career path – l am a qualified Nursery and Primary Teacher ( l have a Master Degree in Primary Education).
I have completed a Swimming instructor course during my university studies.
I have finished a 2nd level of piano studies which in my country means 12 years of playing the piano
My Availability
I am looking for a lovely family for 3-4 days a week but l'm flexible. I am available to start mid of January.
