My Summary
About Me
I am an OfSTED registered childminder, based in Dane Bank/Reddish, with lots of experience working with young children. I have a BA(Hons) Education and have previously worked in primary school and nursery.
My home based setting is calm and happy and was graded as 'Good with Outstanding features’ by OFSTED in October 2017. I offer a variety of activities including messy play, arts and crafts and baking. I also attend local play groups, visit the library and parks during the week. In the school holidays I take the children on trips to places such as The Manchester Museum, MOSI, as well as play centres and parks.
I work closely with parents to ensure that children settle well. I offer as many settling in visits as parents feel comfortable with.
I am able to offer funded places for two and three year olds.
My Experience
I have lots of experience working with young children. I am a mum to two boys, i have worked as a Learning Support Assistant, I have a BA(Hons) Education and have previously worked in primary school and nursery.
