About Me
Hi, I have been childminding for 10yrs. I live in a detached house with my husband and 14 year old son and 4 year old dog Charlie who is a hit with the kids. I have secure gardens with outdoor equipment which will be utilised as weather permits......if it's not raining the children will be outside playing. I drive a 5seater people carrier which is always fitted with the appropriate car seats. I decided to change my career path after the birth of my son. It enables me to be there for him and it also gives him the opportunity of having lots of new friends for him to play with. I do school run in the local area.

My son has been with Monica since he was 3 he is now 10. Monica is great and has a fantastic relationship with my son. Monica always puts on special stuff for big days such as easter, halloween etc. Monica's service is excellent and over the last 7 years has been highly reliable and has never let us down. When Charlie (the dog) joined Monica's family this was another highlight for my son. Thanks Monica

Monica has looked after my son for almost 3 years and the only reason he left is because he got a full time nursery place prior to starting school.
I felt instantly reassured when I met Monica, that he would be in safe and capable hands. Every time he came home from Monica’s, he was always very happy and in a lovely mood. He was always kept nice and clean too.
He has had lots of fun, being taken on lovely walks and going to toddler groups. Also, he has always been kept occupied indoors with lots of learning activities and outdoor play.
The setting was lovely with a great garden and lots to entertain him.
I really couldn’t have found a better childminder for my son and I’m sad that his time with Monica has come to an end.

Both my boys were looked after by Monica and it was amazing to see them grow and develop under her care. Monica is a very caring childminder who takes pride in her work and truly has the childrens best interests at heart. My boys loved going to her house and playing with her little boy. They enjoyed lots of different activities and I was always coming home with different crafts/baking etc which was lovely. When my boys began to attend nursery they were very sad to say goodbye, as was I, as we all developed such a special bond with Monica. She is a wonderful person and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for the best childcare and peace of mind that your child is in good hands.
